You and Anaks have the market cornered on golfers who failed to deliver on hype or had a big downturn after a lot of success.
I had the yonex irons, hybrid and driver in 2013… used to be so happy watching him on sky golf 🤣🤣 keep up the great what happened to vids 🤟🏽⛳️🤟🏽

Was lucky enough to get Masters practice tickets years ago and saw him. Beautiful whip like swing. Don’t see how he couldn’t make it but so many good players and very few opportunities.
There are a lot of good swings out there but thats not a good measurement of whats between the ears. Not only is it hard to win, it's hard to stay on the PGA tour. 💯

I disagree with the claim that one of the reasons why he couldn't compete well on the PGA tour was his driving distance. In fact, on the Japan tour he is one of the longest hitters, he was ranked 4th on the Japan tour during the 2020 season, his average driving distance was/is 302 yards, that is higher than the PGA tour average which is around 290 and considered a long hitter. I agree that his driving accuracy is quite low, it's around 52%
