Nick, what are we doing, dude? We stop it here. Stop it. 229. Guess it’s another five iron, huh? Oh, it’s going right. I don’t hate it, though. Get up and down. Try to hit a Oh, get past that tree. go up and down, try to hit a bird. Just give us a birdie putt. We just want to hit some putts. But I don’t mind putting it in there and having a having a freebie. Should aim right, huh? 17. Keep going, man. I got to be closer than that. I don’t want to have to have this for birdie. It’s an easy chip. Look at this. Not great. Not great. That’s a lot of break. I think that is a birdie putt right there. Let’s go. Hal Greer. Cool. All right. 126. I think it’s a smooth 50. Let’s see what we got. Whoa. Excuse me. I’m sorry. Oh, you’re not going to draw? Sure. I love the distance. No draw there is tough, but all right. It’s a birdie putt nonetheless, right? It’s a birdie putt nonetheless. All right. Oh, it’s not the worst birdie putt. It’s going to go left a little out the gate. comes back right at the end. I’m not even giving up the cup here. Foot downhill, 30 feet. Try to hit it like 20 feet. Let it break in there. You’re going to come up short, aren’t you? Look at that. It was breaking right back into the cup. Come on. When you got to hit the ball, man. Would have been a hot start. Still a good start nonetheless. Still a good start nonetheless. 259. It’s 412. I just don’t have a good driver going right now. Let’s see if five iron’s a mistake or not. That is dohawk. Five iron might be a mistake if we can’t hit it clean. Now we’re in trouble. Now we’re in trouble. Going to give that birdie right back. Huh. I got to hit something. Hit a 50°ree. Try to draw Try to draw like 130 yards. We are not going to get the draw, but the number is going to be what we said. Yikes. Got to go up and down from 119. You think? I think it might be the same darn club. 118 is there. Ooh. Ooh. How are my Sixers doing? Not great. Celtics only have Tatum. What are we talking about? All right. Smooth 50 here. All right. 34 up and down. Now we got to save bogey. All because we couldn’t hit a darn t-shot. Oh man. Gonna have a tester. All right. All right. I like it. I like it. Got to give up the cup downhill. Going like two cups to the right. And I just gota I got to hit it like five feet. Give it a chance to break. You missed it, didn’t you? I’ll tell you what, that ain’t great, folks. That ain’t great. One over. All right. All cuz we couldn’t get off the tea. Get off the tea here and we bounce right back. It’s just It’s frustrating not having a driver. It really is. And if we had it, would we even be hitting it? Well, five iron, I think, is still the right play. That’s hammered. Where was that last hole between this and my, you know, although the Sixers are making a nice comeback right now. All right, come on. Let’s let’s let’s shoot the go under. Let’s shoot the go under part here. Come on. We’re better than this. Let’s put up like a five or six under. Starts right here. 146 out. Little pitch. Why is that going left? Come on, man. Come on. Just not reading great. It honestly is not. Got to be kidding me. I got to get up and down. Gosh darn it. 205 par three 188 to the front. This is going to be maybe the dumbest shot of my life at the seven iron here. Yeah, I’m just inducing a draw right now. Distance would have been fine, but I’m just coming across it. so much with a closed face. Okay. Up and down. Up and down. Up and down. Got to hit it. Man, there are a lot of breaks on inside 10footers. Two cups left. Groove on in there. Sure. Sure. Get back to even first. That’s the first goal. R5 here where we are not going to give in to the devil and hit a random driver. We are going to hit a 3-wood out there. Beautiful. Beautiful. Come on. Let’s have an eagle putt. Let us have an eagle putt here. 244 downwind a little. Might sound crazy, but I say we hit the five. Thank you, man. I’m assuming talking about that puck. Appreciate that. I don’t have it right now, dog. Real talk. I don’t have it right now. All right, 66. Give ourselves a birdie putt. Appreciate that, Irwin. Appreciate that. We’re struggling right now for sure, but trying to power through. get ourselves to even and then then start to chip away. Like to like to shoot like three or four under be nice. I mean, it’s not bad. We knew it was short, but All right. for birdie though. I guess we shouldn’t be complaining about any birdie parts. But I think we I think we got to aim out out to the left here, huh? Oh, easy, easy, easy screen. What is going on? Yeah, I think we have to aim outside to the left. Appreciate the subscribe. How about if we hit this? How about if we hit this and really earn it? Oh, that’s a birdie putt right there. Come on. That’s not bad. That’s not bad. Finally put something together there. Now, let’s just try to be smart. The driver is the devil right now. Get some five irons down here. be a little further out, but still be a pitch or a nine iron out. Give ourselves birdie putts. Come on. That’s just It’s too much. That’s too much of a draw. It’s going to work out, but it it’s it’s dangerous. But beggars can’t be choosers, I guess. Struggling off the tea, but we got what we wanted. 169 in the back. So, I don’t hate drawing in a nine iron here. Just exactly what we did. Let’s see if our calculations are correct. Sure. Oh, they’re better than correct. No, I don’t want to putt that. Do not want to have to putt this. Come on. There is wicked break for these five foot putts. Goodness me. Got to earn it though. This one’s for Irwin and the uh and the subscribe. I can’t believe I’m giving up the hole in a five foot putt. Come on with confidence. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Let’s go. Let’s go. Made up for that double. A silly mistake because we couldn’t get off the tea. Not letting it happen anymore. Onwards and upwards. Little one under. There he is. My man Herman. Let’s go. Come on. We’re making it three in a row here. I feel it. 140. Little into the wind. Not crazy. We’re going to hit a 50 degree and draw it in there and go play with the wind. Oh, I didn’t have the ball ready. I was just too excited. We’ll see what kind of player he is, if he can bounce back from that mistake. I don’t No, it’s not the worst for a misit, but I knew it wasn’t going to draw. Darn it. Okay, we can still putt this. Actually, that’s the fairway, right? We can still putt this right to left. It’s actually downhill. 18 feet. All right. 18 feet. Let’s give it a run. It’s got to get there. It’s got to get there. Oh my goodness. We didn’t play enough break. That’s But that’s a good putt. That’s a good putt. We can’t be upset putter there. No, I know. I just buckled. I buckled. I buckled. My lambs playing good now. At least we’re getting off the tea. Probably shouldn’t have said that before I hit another T- shot here, but let’s do it. Five iron. Just get it down there. It’s hammered. I mean, why use a driver? Why use a driver? Jeepers, creepers, why use a driver? It’s no need. Or maybe at least get a four iron in my bag. Five probably isn’t cutting it, but 220 140 ball speed. And we we rolled out the 250. Hard to argue with. All right. Same shot as two holes ago. Nine iron in. Let’s do it. Come on. Now that might be too much of a draw. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Ah, going to miss the green altogether. Not great. Not great. Only because we don’t want to we just want to hit greens. Almost nailed it. I almost nailed it. But look, now we’re trying to we tried to get too fancy there. Means we missed a green and now we have to save a par instead of, you know, just hitting the green. Maybe it’s a really long, you know, 1% chance make putt, but it’ll give us a par with the two putt. So, now we got to now we got to finesse something here. Get in there. I don’t want to have to have my knees knock anymore. Look at the break on these five foot putts. Gosh darn it. Okay. Okay. Here we go. Giving up the hole again on a sub6 foot putt. Here we go. Come on. Got to have it. All right. It’s at least it’s making the knees not knock anymore having to hit these over and over. And we’re we’re playing good here. 476. Oh, this is a par five. All right. So, we’re not afraid to hit our five. Iron off the tea again. That is bad. It’s bad. It’s bad. It’s a three shot hole. Didn’t have to be, but it is now. And that’s okay. That’s okay. We know it is. So, aim out to the right. Try to draw this down the fairway. Of course, we just hit a perfectly straight shot. It’s up there, though. It’s up there. That’s the beauty of at least playing smart golf like with, you know, less than a driver off the tea is even the the bad bad shots, you’re still in position here. So, 50 out. 50 out to get it on. I have a birdie putt. Let’s take a look at it real quick. It’s just all up on a shelf here. It’s like 45 to the front. Let’s get our birdie putt. Come on. It’s not bad, huh? Oh, it kicks left, but we will not complain. It sure sounds like we’re complaining, but hey, our first. And watch, this will be the one that’s the biggest tester. Almost no movement. Not going to give up the hole. Just gonna go inside left six feet. Bang. Come on. I know I man’s still here. Let’s go. Two under. Had that ugly double, but we’re bouncing back. We’re bouncing back. We are bouncing back. We’re going to reset expectations after this hole because we want it like four under. But let’s see what Let’s see what we do here. Man, I’m I’m just doing it not good off the tea right now. The approaches are there. The putting is definitely there. We are struggling off the tea. Let’s go. Let’s go. That’s my man. All right. So, 175. Then, Urban, do you play golf? You a golfer yourself? 175. We’re actually going to hit a I don’t want to fly it. I’m actually going to hit a nine, which maybe sounds crazy, but it’s 165 to the front. I like a nine. I don’t think a nine can go too long. Well, that’s silly to say. Of course, it can’t go too long. Question is, can it reach? That was a little fat. But see, that’s going to work. That was the right club. That was the right club. I’ll tell you what, did not think we had any opportunity. Had a birdie here. I’m going to let this one ride. I think this is a big double breaker. It’s going to shoot left out of the gate. Cozy back right. 18 ft, but it’s a half foot downhill. I’m going to hit it like six feet and just let it ride. Now come on back. Now come on back now. Come on back. Let’s go. Let’s go. Let’s go. Come on. Not too shabby. 372 here. That’s crushed. I do I mean the hole goes that way so it’s going to be fine but kind of disagree that that that shot out to the right. Quite new to golf. Yeah. Well, first off, that putt wasn’t too shabby at all. That’s a that’s a it’s a heck of a read if I do say so myself. But, um, yeah, that’s awesome, man. Goff is golf is uh, goodness me, a lot of fun. And it’s just uh, it’s like chess, I guess, for a lot of people, right? It’s it’s the it’s a mental game. It can be a battle against someone else or, you know, kind of against yourself. It’s it’s it’s really good in a lot in a lot more ways than one. It’s done done a lot of stuff for me. So 130 to car to get on the green. We’re in the rough, but I like a 50°ree here. Oh, but you got to hit it. That is honestly our worst shot considering pound-for-pound that’s our worst shot of the round because that is just a a wedge that I just uh kind of chunked. So now we got to go up and down. Why not? I’m going to flex the sand trap. Golf is love. Hey, I’ll tell you what. Not bad. Not bad. I probably agree. Especially since uh my my wife I got my wife into it. So I think I’m allowed to say that. I think I’m allowed to agree with you. All right, let’s see. It’s going to go left cuz we’re on the slope here. Can’t really see it. Come on. I don’t hate that. I don’t think. Stay. Stay. Stay stay. Little too much, huh? Fair enough. Fair enough. Fair enough. We don’t really deserve to have a an easy par after that horrible wedge in. This is sort of like the last hole with the double break, but it’s uphill. It’s going hard right out of the gate and then it comes back. So, we’re going to play outside of the cup to the left. Yeah. Come on back. Come on back. I hit you too hard, didn’t I? Fair enough. There’s our bogey. But such as golf, five birds, a bogey, and a double. We’re two under. We’re fine. Our goal was four under, and we can get that and more. We can get that and more. We have uh Irvin, I I I Well, first off, I appreciate you being here, hanging with me, and talking. I love uh I love golf. I play Monday, Wednesday, and Friday nights. And um yeah, this is the the the simulator golf tour, which is which is pretty good. And I thought it would be kind of fun, and it is fun, but it’s actually really competitive. There’s like guys in Australia and and uh and Scotland and and uh and England, and obviously all in the States, and it’s uh there’s a lot of good golfers. Um so we’re we’re we’re getting back into the into the solo matches. And I also play on a two-man scramble team. Uh, so two under, 99, six yards down. But yeah, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday nights I play 8:00 Eastern time and we play for normally like hour and a half, two hours. Just chat, talk, have a good time. Appreciate you’re here and uh and chat. It’s always it’s always nice to meet people. That’s the other beauty of golf. So, six yards down. So, it’s playing around 90. So, I’m going to hit a full 60 degree. Hope to get past the hole and spin it back. Oh, dude. I’ll tell you, I should stop talking. I’m chunking all my wedges right now. All right, so let’s talk because obviously this is live and I just made a fool of myself by complaining. But I guess I had my numbers kind of wrong to begin with because I hit it 88. And like I said, I knew I I knew I hit it fat. I hit it shorter than I wanted because I was trying to hit it 100. I hit it 88, but with it being so downhill and uh and not getting any spin, so I actually hit and rolled forward, it ended up working out. So, there’s another there’s another thing about golf. It’s probably best to just hit your shots, keep your mouth shut, and move forward. We’ll take the birdie for sure. Yeah. Hell yeah. We we appreciate you uh appreciate you being here. I’m looking forward to to chatting some more. We talk about we can talk about golf. We’re in how it’s going. Jeez. Maybe by uh by Friday I’ll I’ll have a driver. Currently I do not have a driver as mine broke after having it for like a year and a half and just finally finally dialing it in. and just just feeling like I could hit it know know what it was going to do every time. That’s probably the biggest thing with golfing your clubs is knowing what they’re going to do and you play it and man all summer I had a I had a driver going for me and I’ve never never had that before. It was beautiful. It breaks and now you see we’re we’re learning a different style of golf with five irons off the tea which has been working. It’s made our short game, our approach game, everything better. So, this is 148. We’ll call it 150 in the rough to the pin, but we know it’s not going to spin. It’s going to hit the green and kind of roll forward a little. So, 130 to the front. So, we’re going to hit a pitch. We’re going to hit a pitch and hope to hit it around 135 140 again. Hitting everything short, but that might be good. Ah, went left on me. distance was distance was all right, but that’s okay. I don’t want to putt this. It’s just a little too much fringe to putt through, and that’s the thing with Sim Goth. Not really fully sure uh how how that’s going to work out. Oh, I don’t have my subscriber goal up there. I got to get my subscriber goal up there. Are you kidding me? That’s horrible of me. Oh, we’re one away from our goal, too. Let me fix this real quick. Oh, no. Come on now. Got a goal in mind. We’re just starting out, too. We’re just building. We’re just building. Like I said, I’m out here. I’m playing these these tour rounds anyway. So, it was like, why not? Why not go live? See if there’s a little community out there that wants to talk golf and other things and have some fun. I’m watching uh watching the uh the Sixer Celtics game right now. 12. Just trying to bump it. I sure did. I’ll just roll. All right. Beautiful. We’ll take that. That was a dicey one. That was dicey. Man, wild back nine. Five holes in, we finally get our uh just a par with three birdies and a and a bogey. All right, after all that talk, I think I’m finally going to hit a driver for the first time. Now, this is just a random driver in my dad’s bag that’s just sitting in here. So, we’ll see. We’ll see if it works out. We are not going to commit to it. I would assume if anything since the flex is a little little flimsy. I’m probably going to slice it. So, let’s aim left and whale on it. Sure. We’ll see if it was even worth it or if we should just hit a five iron. I mean, yeah. Yeah, I mean we got about I don’t even know maybe 10 maybe 15 yards more than the five iron. So means we got to try to hit a 3-wood now and go for the greeny two. H who knows maybe we’ll maybe we’ll step into one here and come up with something that’s going to work. That is going to work. Get on there. Oh, hit the brakes a little bit. Jeeez. I mean, you sit there and you you never think it all the way through, I guess. But we still can’t complain about that. Would love an eagle putt. And now I have one. And look at this thing. 50footer. It’s about a foot and a half downhill. This is wild. Yeah. 50footer. foot and a half downhill. It’s just kind of all left or right. But again, if we get it in that circle, we get our birdie. So, we got to try to putt to the top of that hill, then let it ride down. It’s very touchy. Come on. I think we got it there. I think we got it there. Ah, we just didn’t play it left enough, did we? No, we did not. Speed was good for wanting to lag up for a birdie putt, but we did not aim left enough. And now we are stuck with this for birdie. We’ve been hitting these though. Let’s not be afraid. Just just outside the cup. 7 ft. Yes sir. Grab the side there. Look at that. That’s a colorful back nine double on the second hole. This is a good bounce back for us. Four under 200 yard par three. It’s 190 to the front. It’s a little downhill. 190 to the front. Little downhill. Let’s get out some aggression from that double. We’re going to hit a seven iron. We’re going to hit seven iron for the 200 yard part three. Nope. Just chunky. I gotta tell you, that’s twice now that I had to read so poor. That wasn’t a bad putt, right? I love to get in. Yeah, look at that. That’s twice. I really misread the par three and locked out both times. So that’s there’s golf for you. I thought I need to hit that 195 to 200. I chunked it, hit it 170 and it was enough because it was downhill so it added 15 yards and then obviously when it when it hit it kind of it rolled another 15 yards. So yeah. Yeah. Okay. So again, crazy putt here, but we take them when we get them. We’re going to aim way left like like six, seven feet left. Okay, didn’t mean to say that. And half foot downhill. 36 feet. Okay, I’m going to try to hit it 20 ft. Let it curl in there. Please get Please get Okay, beautiful. Look at that. probably in the heart of the damn cup if we just hit the ball. But a lot of things broke our way there. So, we are not going to complain. 338. We’re going to go sixiron here and just get ourselves to a wedge. Have another birdie putt. That is going right. But that was hit pretty well. Unfortunately, the hole goes left. Ohay. We need to be within short wedge distance so we can go over these trees. We are. But there’s a big tree there and I don’t know if we’re going to hit it. 118. We’re going to hit our 50°ree and hope we do not catch the tree. That’s what we’re going to do. And it hit the tree. Could have been worse. Could have been worse. Came out the other side. Got to save another par here. Why not? We’ve been doing it. Irwin’s Irwin’s been here. We’ve been doing it. 20 yards. Want to bump it like 15. Let it run. Don’t hate it. Don’t hate it. Hard to hate that. Hard to hate that. We wanted to bump at 15. What did we bump it? What’s that? Like 12. Okay. Rolled more. All right. Same thing. I fear the body’s getting tired because we are struggling to hit these irons clean, but let’s finish strong here. Four under is what we want it. Let’s not settle though. Last hole. That’s going right. That’s hit. Oh, beautiful. Beautiful. Come on. That’s not good. No, it’s not. It’s not great. It’s not great, but that’s all right. That’s all right. 154. We have ourselves a real chance to have at least a a nice birdie putt. Come on. Not even going to look too much into this. Hit a pitching wedge. 150. I love it. I love it. I love everything about it. Irwin, come on. Don’t even make me putt. All right, fair enough. Fair enough. Love to hit this after the double bogey on the second hole. That’s what I love about golf. We stayed We stayed positive. They’re going right but straight. Yeah. Listen. Listen. There’s uh it wasn’t great. I mean, it it it didn’t go right. Let’s just call it what it was. I was wrong. It felt like maybe my face was open a little bit, but you know, there’s two different two different things when it comes to the direction of the uh the ball, the the club face and the club path. So, the face was open a little, but we we hit the hit the inside of the ball. Not bad. And kind of neutralized and turned out to be straight. So, we’ll take it. I would love to hit this. 10 ft. Playing about a cup out to the left. Come on. Break. Break. Break. Come on. You got to subscribe for that. That is not bad at all. I mean, really not bad. A double there is disgusting. And that’s because we hit one bad shot. We hit a bad shot off the tea. Got us in the woods. We had to kick out and everything. And we couldn’t hit a miracle shot. And what was the other bogey? I mean, that stemmed from another bad T- shot, but a bad second shot as well. So, but one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Correct. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven. Yeah. Eight birdies. Eight birdies. A single and a double for a five under. It ain’t bad. That ain’t bad. I appreciate it, Irwin. Listen, uh we’re we’re out here. We’re playing Monday, Wednesday, Fridays. I’m uh I’m Eastern uh time. Uh so 8 o’clock Eastern. And yeah, we play for I normally play like a round or two. Uh so yeah, man. I appreciate you stopping by. It was fun to talk and play and hopefully I see you Friday or at least another day and we keep we keep getting after it and enjoy golf, man. That’s what it’s all about. Enjoy it. I’ll talk to you. Appreciate you, buddy.
