okay golfers time for a quick tip and today we’re talking about turning the body to start your back swing I find so many people think about their shoulders but watch this I put this electric tape on my chest Watch How I can turn my shoulders about 25 degrees without even moving my sternum so sometimes when you think about turning your shoulders you actually don’t even rotate your body if you want to swing the club back properly and load into your back leg what we want is a thought of turning the center of the chest as we swing the arms to better understand this let’s take a look at Brooks kka who does it very very well all right golfer so here’s Brooks at the start of his golf swing I’ll mark his shoulders and his two arms and watch as he rotates back to waist high that entire triangle turns and rotates and if I draw the same three lines you’ll see that the shoulders did not work independently the entire body or upper body rotated that club into position
