But I do think it’s interesting to look at them side-by-side. There are some clear differences…

But also a few similarities worth pointing out 👇

🔹 Both tend to be slightly steeper at P5 than maybe the modern textbook model
🔹 Both might lose posture slightly through the ball

Is it possible some of these traits contributed to greatness?

Sure, it’s possible.

But in my opinion? Not the reason they’re great!

What matters more – technique or mindset? The engine, or the driver? The plane, or the pilot? The indian, or the arrow? 🏹
