18. I’d heard he was using qi10 fairways too. So not sure how accurate this is. Ping and titleist never have issues with players using older models but Taylormade always hide it.

30. I think Rory could putt with a cricket bat and probably wouldn't make much difference. I love Rory and never realized how happy the golf world and myself would be for his masters win.

This is a great example of the irony of golf marketing – use all of these elite tour players to advocate for the new clubs every year just for them to revert back to older, more successful equipment after the fact. Rory plays what he plays as he should, but what’s the point of a WITB video when at least five of the clubs from woods to wedges aren’t what he used to win tournaments this year? It’s disingenuous.

    Regardless of when this video was filmed (November 2024), it’s easy to stitch in a clip to correct any information that is outdated. Looks as if the choice was to remove conversation about the driver entirely. We’re not oblivious to what we see him use on the course.

42. Hi trottie. How many total layers of tape does rory use? Looks like at least 2 build up layers plus the 1 double-sided layer
