With the start of another MLB Opening Day, my tradition continues of showing what my best baseball cards are! I share more than 50 slabs, as I look backwards through my collection from recent slabs to vintage and even pre-war and cigarette cards!
Some of the cards are I share were rookie cards of superstars like Robin Yount, George Brett, Cal Ripken Jr, Rickey Henderson, Roger Clemens, Derek Jeter, Albert Pujols, Ichiro Suzuki, Shohei Ohtani, Juan Soto, Julio Rodriguez, Pete Rose, Nolan Ryan, Johnny Bench, Joey Votto, Justin Verlander, Freddie Freeman, Ronald Acuna Jr., Vladimir Guerrero Jr., and Evan Longoria.
We also look at some vintage cards from superstars and Hall of Famers like Willie Mays, Hank Aaron, Ted Williams, Mickey Mantle, Stan Musial, Sandy Koufax, Yogi Berra, Al Kaline, Ernie Banks, Frank Robinson, Duke Snider and more!

Wow, what a fun and enjoyable video! Wonderful collection, David. Thoroughly enjoy looking at your 50’s abd 60’s especially, really nice array of sets and legends of the game. And I absolutely love that you still have the Murray rookie and Yount and Brett from your youth, makes them even better than a Gem 10. Nice to see the new pick ups, look forward to the video on the Mize and the Goudy and T206. Really awesome stuff, thanks for sharing!
So many great players and cards! Those 1955 & 1956 Topps cards are all so beautiful. You surprised me with that Fred Clarke! Played in the first World Series and the Pirates 1909 WS Championship. I only have two players that played in the first WS game. (H. Wagner & Jimmy Collins, both 1961 Fleer, so after their careers were over)
