Chasing a bag of money to give a guy a seat of power who has proven his ideas of team golf in the U.S. aren't viable as a product is laughable. They should be telling him to peddle his snake oil to the DP World Tour. Team golf is a niche market in the U.S. Just look at the President's Cup for proof.
Stop talking to LIV! Quit trying to save them from their failure. Ok, fine, let’s say the guys who quit the real Tour actually did it for their families’ financial security. Nonetheless, the quit and maligned the PGA. They have their money, they should take it and keep walking away. With one exception, they’ve performed poorly in the Majors in which their ‘stars” anre allowed to compete (unfortunately) as past champions. They are a collection of has beens, never was and never-will-bes. They made their bed with a murderous Middle Eastern despot and the wannabe despot and convicted tax, bank and insurance fraud convicted felon currently occupying the White House.
