Rickie Fowler on junior golf⛳️
process of whether it’s talking about going to college or playing professional golf keeps getting younger and younger like parents getting more and more involved I remember the Junior Golf Association I grew up playing parents weren’t allowed on the course with the kids for that age group it was six holes from the 150 yard markers there was a scorekeeper but it couldn’t be a parent of a kid in the group so like my mom could go scorekeep for your group that’s going out at a different time but it was literally like all right the three of us and another parent go with us and figure it out kid’s going to want it or not the more you have to push it’s it’s ultimately going to end at some point the biggest thing is is is not pushing them to to do anything you know make it fun and I still remember growing up on the driving range that I that I grew up at was just putting contest chipping contest with buddies and you know having close to the pin contests with my dad and my grandpa and any way you could create some sort of competition wherever you’re around and just make it fun
