Good luck sustaining that torsion for more than the next five years.
“I’m going to play conservative today”
Me on the first tee:
Watched him on the range at Sawgrass, longest and highest I've ever seen! Carry was consistently 340!
Don’t care.
the shaft released to early you need a stiffer shaft look at it in slow motion
The last tournament I saw with Bryson…he was 2 of 8 fairways. Pathetic….who gives a crap if you can hit the ball 300 yards when it goes 100 yards "south"? I am happy with 85%+ in the fairway and 260 yards.
00:09 – 00:11 that transition to follow through looks a lil scary on the knees and shoulders. eh what do i know, the guys a pro
atta boy brooksy
Just doesnt pop at the bottom. If he could ever fully use the ground he would hit it like the long drive guys do. Dont get me wrong Bryson hits it far just not as far as they do
i love how these golf geniuses in the comments try to correct a tour pros swing
No Norman single plain swing but in fast motion.
Jesus loves you all and died for our sins.
Give me a shout when he can break 70 on a links course
Need a quicker wind up
Look how that lead knee comes in and the butt turns to the target. Just like Nicklaus. Beautiful! That is how you make a backswing and how you can unlock the power in your game.
He has the most active lower body of any of the top 30 long drivers on tour.
Super impressive that he’s able to get everything squared up on time.. He’s changed the approach of the Entire game. Too bad that some other guy changed it already, and Bryson’s accolades will never get the credit for making an impact.
Thanks a lot Happy 🤦♂️ 😂
Bryson is the Man. Love that dude. I hope he wins everything. Super awesome what he’s doin. Awesome video
I love the fact that he bends his left arm at the top of the backswing in order to extend the arc and distance of the backswing, meaning the club head has to travel further in order to get back to the ball, meaning greater club-head speed. I’ve always disagreed with the concept of keeping the left arm straight on the backswing bc it will always return to straight before impact anyway.
Perfect display of using the ground and speed to generate tons of power

The ground does nothing. It’s not a factor in hitting a golf ball. It’s all in the players technique.
Look how his wrist does something and his arms move while his body does a movement and his eyes look at the ball and his feel turn and his hat stays flexed and his glove is white and his hate matches his glove
sure looking like kyle
Single-plane swing. Look at his grip and the very slightly open front foot.
My golf instructor tells me not to lock the trail leg…. I'm beginning to think he's wrong
Now let’s see where it actually landed on the fairway…
It’s an unorthodox swing but it must work for him. How he squares it up at the end is impressive it’s a millisecond.
Need more shoulder turn
Absolutely no bend in that shaft , definitely extra stiff and probably an LAGolf brand 400 dollar shaft eqauls 1000 dollar setup.
His slow mo drive looks like my regular drive 😔
He pivots his lead foot through like a baseball swing.
Look how high he’s got it tee’d up, amazing swing.
Left arm pulls forward 80% Right arm guides while 20% down swing
Amazing how well his swing works for him. It looks like he is swinging a baseball bat
Bryson this will ruin your back and body. Besides you make more on the golf course than this gig
Unpopular opinion his swing is not unorthodox
That's just simply beautiful!!!
One stop power shop Bobby is numero uno!
My knees hurt just watching this
ugly ass robot swing.
🤡
I think DeChambeau's movement from the start to the backswing is similar to Japanese legend Jumbo Ozaki. He shifts his weight a little more to the right. He also ends up riding to the left in a linear shift movement, but he also makes a slight movement where he pulls his left foot out.
Best in tour 👍🏻
Too tight
