The problem with Brian's analysis of this tool is that Martin had the Tennis ball set between the large muscles of his forearms not low on his wrist as Brian demonstrated. Martin's position allows for more elbow seperation mentioned by Brian in the initial comments. Everything else that Brian mentions in regards to the aid applies. The ball needs to be held higher between the bulk of the foreaems not the wrists.
