TPC Sawgrass will once again host THE PLAYERS Championship, with 43 of the top 50 golfers in the world teeing it up at the iconic event. After a brilliant run that has seen him claim three wins in six starts on the PGA TOUR this year, World No. 1 Jon Rahm will lead the field. Reigning FedExCup Champion and winner of THE PLAYERS in 2019 Rory McIlroy will be confident in challenging for glory after an impressive showing at last week’s Arnold Palmer Invitational saw him finish T2, just one shot behind eventual winner Kurt Kitayama. All 14 players who have won on TOUR this season will be competing, including Max Homa, who currently sits in second in the FedExCup Standings. The Californian shot an impressive 6-under-par 66 in the final round of last year’s event to finish T13. 2021 winner Justin Thomas will be looking for his first win since the 2022 PGA Championship. The World No. 9 has recorded just one top-10 finish so far in 2023 and will be looking to recreate some of the magic that saw him shoot a combined 12-under-par across rounds three and four to secure THE PLAYERS two years ago. 30 players will be competing in the event for the first time, including 2022 Wyndham Championship and Shriners Children’s Open winner Tom Kim.

lmao they were more pumped for the fairway lie then for the fans health.
no cuts in LIV Jordan
It takes a true fan to go out there ready to take one in the johnson to get your boy back in the fairway.
Spieth has been unlucky since after his initial breakout debut season around 2013. (it's been 10 years already??)
I've always enjoyed his laidback attitude toward everything,
and his ability to explosively pop back when he wants to, this gesture from him proves that his attitude is true as a humble bundle-
-of performance and character. It'll be a interesting rest of the weekend for sure!
Golfers give gloves as Apologies, rewards, etc. Because they get them free by the boxes.
“Fore, right!” 🤭
When he won his majors he was one of the greatest putters ever
Dude saves Spieth, helping him make the cut and win a minimum 50k.
Gets a glove.
If you want to sum-up watching Spieth play, this video is perfect 😂
Love it 🥰
Jordan is All Class. Well done Jordan and best of luck this weekend..
Above knee, balogne and makes a Speithgle…🤣
TIL Spieth can get 177 ball speed 💪
Jordan Spieth -6 Saturday, tied for 14th. 14th place = $481,250
When I go to tournaments or play golf there are places where I don’t stand or am cautious about while I’m there. Been missed by inches a couple of times.
Jordan, I hope you make good and send that guy thousands of dollars or a car.
Why do they never have to say fore????
We need this in PGA TOUR 2K23 and other golf games! The ball just goes through the spectator, it's a truly yawn moment.
Same underarmour 🙂
give that man a full set of new golf clubs! not a damn glove
Golfers that take the time to say sorry … pretty awesome for the fans.
How incredibly lucky. For Spieth. Not the fan. XD
Definitely didn't try to hard to get his info when you spent .5 seconds giving him the glove and walking away….
I like Jordan
Legend has it he put 5 grand in the glove and then the kid lost it.
I guess it’s fair to say that Spieth really KNEEded this to happen.
He wasn’t kidding when he should really give this guy something, spieth woulda been 0$ now he’s guaranteed 10k?
Players like Jordan is why the PGA tour is and always will be the best professional tour in golf. Shalom
I always root for Jordan, he's always seemed like such a decent guy. This break, and how he handled it, validates that perception completely.
Now, this fan is asking JS for 20 tickets to the Masters and all expenses paid for by JS.
A bit greedy don't you think?
This guys knee has guaranteed he gets paid this weekend
Jordan is a class act. He did what was right and did it the way it shutoff be done- happily and willingly.
What a good dude
Spieth class
If he wins, he owes that fan half the money
