Never lived up to the hype, but she did play hurt and those other two dykes needs to shut up because you can’t tell if a person is hurt or not. Neither one of them has don’t anything in the world of golf and the LPGA tour. Worry about your life and game and maybe you would have half the talent Wie has. Always a smart ass in the bunch.
Not winning and missing cuts will make you retire. Have a child and enjoy your life… you deserve it!!
I don’t think she was ever as good as the hype. She was good, just not as good as they claimed. If she was, she would have won more and still be playing
Kathy Whitworth 88 wins and 93 seconds for a total 181 top two finishes. Michelle Wie, "the next Tiger Woods", 5 wins……but first place in kinesiology tape usage.

Michelle definitely had bad wrist injuries. Her biggest problem seemed to be that like many other teenagers she believed herself indestructible. Thus she kept getting more injured. She needed to take her injuries more seriously. She needed to do things to specifically address her athletic injuries such as Emma Raducanu has tried to do recently. I don't remember ever seeing that with Michelle Wie West. That hurt her more than anything else. All the psychological attacks as she suffered continual further injuries hurt Michelle also. I have often felt badly for her. I wish her the best in her golf career in the future, if she decides to go that way. She is a great talent and she is highly attractive both physically and intellectually. Best Wishes Michelle!!!
Poor Michelle. Pushed too fast trying to live up to other’s expectations. Trying to play with the men ruined her!! So think she didn’t make the cut in any PGA tour events. She ended up not being successful on the LPGA either only winning one major and 4 LPGA tour tournaments (or should say not as many as her hype thought she would win). She was average at best with her putter and later injuries ended her career too young.
She dominated at her prime.
Don’t forget she went to Stanford.
