Rory McIlroy will look to defend his title this weekend, as the PGA TOUR returns to St George’s Golf and Country Club for the RBC Canadian Open. The course last hosted the tournament in 2010 when Carl Pettersson was victorious. Three years ago, Northern Irishman McIlroy beat the course record to claim victory finishing seven shots clear of second place. World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler will be looking for a fifth victory this year, having narrowly missed out on another first place finish last weekend in a tense playoff with Sam Burns at the Charles Schwab Challenge. Other notable players teeing up include 2022 PGA Championship winner Justin Thomas, THE PLAYERS Championship winner Cameron Smith as well as Tony Finau, Justin Rose and Tyrell Hatton.

  1. The RBC crowd is really into it. I feel like they are bringing extra energy and support for the players to show them that this is the best Tour in the world.

  2. He's an incredible golfer to be sure. That being said, I just plain like the guy. Probably my favorite golfer.

  3. Tap in eagle on a 572yd. par 5. Meanwhile I'm thinking my driver, 4hybrid and a 9iron on a 540yd. was pretty good.

  4. Justin Thomas’ Q rating has skyrocketed in my books this past month.
    – Elite yet relatable (emotional)
    – love that he shanked one and still won a couple weeks ago,
    – love his LIV tour stance,
    – love that my bet on him winning a major this season paid off.

  5. I predict he finishes bogey – bogey on Sunday and gacks the tournament away, finishing third at best.

  6. I can hit it that far, but then ill need two chips to make it on the green. Man I need his wedge game bad.
