Michelle Wie West reflects on emotional farewell at US Women’s Open
🏌️♀️💬“Obviously I would be lying to say I wasn’t disappointed,” said #MichelleWieWest of missing the cut at her final US Women’s Open.
😁“But I had a blast honestly, with playing here at Riv, such a special week to have played it,” she added. “And to have family, friends, a lot of familiar faces coming out, it was a lot of fun.”
✊“I had a lot of stress today (laughter),” noted co-leader #YinRuoning with Alison Lee. “Yeah, it’s US Open, it’s meant to be tough. You can’t really have a stress-free moment on the course until it’s all done. I think the stress and the pressure, it’s also a privilege.”
