I think the younger generation is starting to get interested in golf and Bryson plays different so they gravitate towards that. The golf purists and other pros have always done that to new “different” guys in PGA

You're right that he made the change to YouTube (with LIV/Saudi dictator there to pay him) to control his image. The only problem for him is the legacy of EARNING it in the PGA will likely have a much longer legacy than the brand he has made on Youtube. If he just wants to be the flavor of the moment on Youtube with 20 something bros, then that's fine. Good for him. If he wants to have his name up there with Tiger, Jack, Hogan, Palmer, Scottie, etc. then he's in the WRONG place.
