In the video, it looks like he’s intentionally trying to hold that angle — like he’s forcing the grip into the ground and keeping the clubhead back. But in reality, he’s not actively doing that at all.
What’s really happening is this: his lower body moves forward, and his arms simply drop down. The wrists stay passive — the hands aren’t trying to release the angle. That’s why the club naturally lags behind. It just looks like he’s holding it.
A great way to train this is to focus on your kinematic sequence — anything that improves that chain of motion will help. Also, drills where you keep your right hand passive. It’s about letting it happen, not forcing it.
If you’d like one of those drills—something that helps you feel the right movement without overthinking— just comment “DM”, and I’ll send you a link to my training community, where LPGA Tour player Sandra Gal and I share the exact exercises that make your swing more effortless. Best Sigmar

I've never seen a touring pro whose belt buckle almost faces the target at impact(with driver) that didn't have a very late hit like this genteman. When the lead arm on the way down is parallel to the ground, at minimum the buckle is facing directly to the front or even slightly left of forward. Recreational golfers don't have this.

What club did he have??🎉
Knee width on the backswing is phenomenal.

Love this clip❤
@golfskool It's not true he is not trying to lower his arms he is simply just trying to turn back to the point where he started it .
The reason why your confused is because of the angle of camera
Do not confuse others by recommending what you think by just watching the swing it's very irresponsible
P6 all great ballstrikers look similar. Get that with a correctly loaded trail arm and you're on to something.

So let me get this straight — it looks like he’s holding the angle, but he’s not? Yet if you cast, you’re definitely dumping the angle? Huh… sounds a lot like he’s holding the angle, boss. 😂😂😂😂😂
graphite shaft?
Its looks like he is pooping what ever he ate last night
How can you achieve this move without a proper takeaway because of a broken or restricted left arm
