  1. 5-10 years from We’re gonna look back at golfers like Brooks Bryson jon Rahm and Dustin Johnson as golfers who should’ve won more and could’ve won more if they stayed with the pga they have no one to blame but themselves they could’ve gotten all the glory and love that scottie and to some degree Rory are getting right now I hope the money was worth it

  2. As a LIV fan, you are trying to get big names on the PGA to jump
Ship. Can’t really afford to lose big name players.

  3. As of right now this is an isolated situation in my mind. Brooks is a very unique situation. It’s not surprising for him to leave. He isn’t the first to leave mind you. Chacarra comes to mind who is doing well on dp. And won’t be the last. But most guys on liv are very happy and little by little exemptions and things are coming. Just not fast enough for brooks who is running out of time.

  4. I may be way off base, it sounds to me like either he, or someone close to him, has a health issue and that he wants to focus on that for now.

  5. It is so important for the PGA tour to set a precedent and NOT let him and others EVER comeback to the tour, lets keep the trash out and maintain the integrity of the tour

  6. Old news, wanted out of Livv nearly 2 years ago when realised his injuries weren't career ending, as he had thought when he signed for the exhibition scheme. Also Y Rumyyan is Livv CEO, has always been as he's listed as CEO, Chairman, & Commissioner of Livv. The new 'ceo' is a fake same as when Normnn was pretending – their role is to con the public & media while making no decisions or transactions. Another stupid idea about letting Tour violators back in too easy. USPGAT has pathway back in & isn't stopping anyone returning. DP Tour is part owned by USPGAT & playing there won't change anything in regards to having his suspended membership ended. Not wearing 'team' stuff could be cus the 'captains' are given equity in Livv, and that equity is in the negative of tens of millions for each 'captain', so flying the colours around is foolish. These know nothing under 40's are a slur to the golf media.

  7. I think PGA should welcome him back. He has status until 2028 due to his major win in 2023. Maybe he pays a small fine but let him start playing in 2026.

  8. PGA needs to lift the 1 year ban for Brooks and all the LIV golfers that are willing to comeback this year. Finish them off once and for all

  9. Brooks played like he hated it on LIV…he’s always been a “motivation guy” and there clearly was none(after the 100M he already got) at LIV. I’m sure if he was honest he’d call it the gimmicky joke..it’s always been

  10. It's very easy for the PGA they just say if sponsors want to invite him to there tournaments they won't stop him.Either way he's going to struggle on the pga tour his game is way behind at this point.

  11. The change to LIVs schedule might have also been another reason , all LIV players must play 2 international series events , this means more travel overseas , Brooke’s has stated he wants to stay closer to home going forward

  12. If the PGA is smart they offer a one time only “welcome back” to all of those players that want to come back, no penalties, no fines. LIV came in and snatched the best that they could without any consideration to the PGA and now the PGA has an opportunity to do the same to LIV. Just get it over with and move on

  13. Brooks career has an odd trajectory. He's won 9 times on the PGA tour and 5 of them are majors.
He did win 5 times on LIV.

His personality has always been polarizing. He actually looks unhappy playing golf and being spoiled at a high level. Also, rememeber the Bryson semi confrontation.

Personally, if he said good bye to golf, I don't think there would be a huge outcry from golf fans.

  14. I'm not sure i would let any of them back. They got paid a ton of money to leave. They knew what they were signing for at the time.

  15. LIV is Rahm, Hatton, and Cryson now. Niemann and Cam are right below that. That's it. That's the roster. Justine Reed's husband and all those other dudes are washed or never-has-beens.

EDIT: The suspension NEEDS to stay. The TOUR was wrong in how it handled its biz, but the way the dudes handled it that left were wrong too. Right to leave, but wrong in how they handled it. All they do by lifting that suspension is send a message that rules and laws are for poor people…wait.

  16. Not 100% convinced lifting his ban is a good idea for the tour long-term. If penalties aren’t enforced, does that send a mixed message to current tour players thinking about leaving for LIV? Make it seem easier for them to leave, get paid, and be able to come back immediately? If it can also entice Rahm, JN, Cam to come back – then sure

  17. There is no way in hell Brooks is coming out of pocket to pay a suspension fee to LIV. Rich people don’t go into their pockets.

  18. "The time with the family" is the perfect explanation/excuse for BOTH Koepka and the PGA Tour. Everyone knows PGA want him back on the PGA tour but they have to show that he had to pay a price for his departure (1 year suspension). Koepka not playing on LIV in 2026 to spend time with his family matches his reasoning for leaving LIV, it could also help him with any lingering physical condition. And 2026 not playing is the 1 year suspension that meets PGA's penalty reference before returning to the PGA in 2027.

  19. Since they kill people without hesitation, I wonder if Brooks feels a little nervous about what could happen in the future?

  20. I think you read the TOUR's comment the way I did at first lucrative environment by itself, but I think what it meant was "lucrative environment to pursue greatness" when I looked at it further and there's certainly no greatness being pursued on LIV golf. The guys are actually getting worse as they keep playing that tour.

  21. PGA 2k25 blows a big one and TGL does too. If the guy wants to control the industry then he better step his shit up before he’s outed due to white mens patience and boredom of current trends. Time for TW to GTFO we are bored as hell!
