If you’re wondering how to do it feel like you’re foot especially your heel is moving away from the target while your lead heel starts to move towards the target a little after the takeaway with pressure on the ball of your foot that will automatically get you on the lead side then on the down swing feel your trail foot move behind you while you get on your big toe and your lead foot move diagonally towards 1:00.
Looks like someone ben preloading some creatine and hitting them curls! Looking strong dude

Shut up with that weight shift, just preload your leg, shift your butt at address!
