Guess the SECRET PGA Tour Player ft. Jason Day

Oh, wow. These five subscribers claim to be PGA Tour players. Only one is telling the truth. The criteria is you have to play in one PGA Tour event. I’m Jason Day along with Bat and Brucey. This episode is sponsored by Painterolf. Each contestant today will receive a Painter golf shoe of his choice along with lads hats. With that said, we have contestant number one through five. We’re going to work our way up. Contestant number one, what tournament, what golf course, and what year did you play? I played in the 2019 Barbara Championship at uh uh Kelly or Keen Trace National. Okay. Number two, putting the 2023 John Deere at TPC Deer Run. We would have I would have played the same. I think I played the same. You definitely would have played that. Yeah, 100%. Yeah. Okay. Number three, I played in the 2007 US Open at Oakmont. Oh, wow. Massive. Okay. Okay. Um I played in the 2023 Canadian Open at uh Oakdale in uh Toronto, Ontario. Okay. Number five, uh 2018 Barbers Championship at King’s Trace. Okay. So, we got two of them at the same at the same place. So I I’ve never play I’ve never played Barber Soul, but I obviously played I played John Deere. Yeah, obviously I didn’t play US Open 2007. I think I think number one off the bat the the stutter. I’m not sure. You might have been nervous. I look straight in your eyes. That’s how I got lost. You guys are number one. What’s your story? How did uh just give us a little bit about your a little bit of a background. Yeah, so I’m actually a pro hockey player turned golfer. Uh played division one college hockey at Marramac. um played about two years of pro after in minor leagues for the Indie Fuel and Manchester Monarchs. Uh after that turned to golf. Um playing many tours in Florida, Western Florida Tour. Um and then from there just started grinding. Gave myself like a time limit to really reach my goal and Monday queued into the Barbersol Championship. shot 64 at Boon’s Trace and uh that’s my story. Solid. What year? What year did you play the Bubbles? 2019. 2019. Okay. Number two. Yeah. I uh I was like a really crappy college or high school golfer and then like got a spot on a small D2 school just south of here. Um had a really good grad year, like got a COVID year, had a really good grad year, won the national championship that year. Um, and then have some connections in manufacturing and got a sponsors invite to the John Deere connection in manufacturing like the OEMs like no like big old construction manufacturing. Oh, damn. Interesting. Okay. Number three. I got a I got a question for you. Number two. Got a question? Yeah. I uh I think I’m the old guy of the group. Yeah. Um, I played college golf uh in Northeast Ohio. Yeah. And graduated in 2007 and upon graduation I turned pro. Yeah. And I went through the local qualifying process to make it to Oakmont that year. So the local was uh down south at Lancaster Golf Course. Yeah. And the sectionals were at Sciota and Ohio State Scarlet Course. Wow. Which is true. I shot six under uh to out of those two locations to get to the US Open at Oakmont that year. Didn’t play very well. Missed the cut. Uh but afterwards I turned pro, moved down to Charlotte for a little bit and toiled around on giving us a lot of storys down there for a couple years. Got lot of story. Number four. Um so I was actually a really high level baseball player. Yep. Um and then I had a surgery like peak of COVID and I never really thought I’d got back into baseball. So, just thought, you know what? Like, I’ll try to get on my school golf team. Uh, it’s not a state school. It’s up in uh up in Canada, Western. Um, but uh yeah, I uh first year it didn’t make it. They said basically, don’t even bother. Uh the second year I came out, I had a really good trout. Was playing really good for that year. Um I was in like the athletic peak, my like, you know, strong shape. I was in the gym all the time. So, hitting the ball a little bit further and then uh just did the local qualifier for the Canadian Open. Um I’m from Toronto, so it was like it was it was there anyways. I was like, I’ll give this a shot. Um, so the first round played was at um, uh, Ashawa Golf and Curling Club in Ashawa. Uh, and then the second round was at uh, uh, Coppenwood and that was uh, actually it was in a playoff for the last three spots. So, wait, you did you have to pre-qualify for the local? No, it was it was an open it was an open event. So, you just you just entered into it. What year was this? Did you say 22 23 23 23 Okay, dude. They’ve all got some good chat. If you don’t have any status, usually you have to go through pre-qualify to get through to the locals, then onto the Mhm. Do you know what I mean? Yep. Yep. So, okay. I’m I’m keeping an eye on You could be It could be a little different. No, I don’t think so. I’ll keep an eye on you number four. Number five. All right. So, I grew up in Dayton, Ohio. Played at Wright State uh for four years. Yep. Uh won a couple events there. Decided to turn pro. So, I was pro for five years. Mhm. Uh decided to play in the Barbersaw qualifier. Someone convinced me to. I didn’t want to. I was like, I’m good. Like, I’ll just I’m good. I’m tired. I just got off the Latin tour. Also play on the Canadian tour. Mh. Uh and then I was like, you know what? Yeah, sure. I’ll play. So, played and uh shot 67 in the preQ at um UK UK club, Big Blue. And then in the Monday at Boon’s Trace, I shot 62 10 under. Did you all make the cut? We know one missed the card at the US Open. Number one didn’t even come close. Oh, I love that, man. I think Hermy won that year. Was like 26 under. Who won? Uh Hermy John Her Herman. Okay. Okay. Yeah. Um and I uh I shot even both days. Couple like five under. Yeah. Okay. Okay. John, do you remember what the what the cut was? Okay, number two. I didn’t. I shot one under. I was like pretty proud of that, but yeah, I did not make cut. Okay. It’s a deep course. Number three, do you remember what the score what the cut was? The cut that year was was 10 over par at the 2007 US Open. Yeah. Who won that year? Anhill Cabrera. Okay. Who finished second? Uh Jim Furick and Tiger Woods. Okay. Solid. Number four. Um what was the question again? Did you make Did you make the top? No. No, I didn’t make a cut. Um the first day I was too under so I was actually above the cut line. Yeah. Uh but the second day was rainy. And like I like to think I’m a pretty good golfer in the wet, but like the the guys that are making those cuts are just like they’re just different. They can spin that ball back still. Like I don’t I don’t have ball that game. I was I was three over on the second day. So I missed the cut. Yeah. So cut was four under. I shot two under my first round. Yep. Final round. I was playing well. Just kind of got screwed on some bounces and kicks and stuff like that. You sound like a golfer. Yeah. Yeah. I was one over and we had three holes left and I pressed and I shot 76. So, how how many how many plays make the cup? I believe it’s Well, I feel like they changed it. I think when I played it was 70. Yeah. What What year did you play? 18. 19. Okay. Um, who was the uh first two rounds? Do you guys remember who you played with? Yeah. Uh Ryan Blom and Cody Gribble. Okay. They both gave me a pat on the back and went on to shoot I think like 15 under Sounds about that sounds about right. Okay. I played with Garrick Hegel and Matt Nith. So Matt was great hang. Garrick was a great hang. Good guys. What uh what time did you tee off? Uh I it was a morning tea time the first day cuz I couldn’t sleep. Like it was brutal. Uh, I was like 9 9 something and then second day was 2 in the afternoon. He’s on it. He’s on it. Number three. Who do I play with? Yeah. Uh, Andrew Hansen and Johnson Wagner. Okay. Yeah, that’s that’s it sounds about right. Um, I only remember one of the guys. The second guy’s last name I can never remember. One guy was Owen Moore and the other guy um his first name was Matt, but I could never pronounce his last name. It was like Smith. Don’t even try. Don’t even try. Okay. Okay. I play with Stephen Joerger and Rob Oenheim. Oh, Jagger is a stud. Sorry. Number one. Who Who won the tournament again? Uh Jim Herman. Okay. He said John Herman before. He said Herman. He said John Herman before. I go I go by Herman, but I know him and Kelly Craft put on a clinic that Yeah, I think Seth was at the top, too. They’re very good. Number two, you said that you got a sponsor’s invite. Mhm. Were you working for the tournament sponsor? No, I have a family member who spent some time very high up at a construction uh company that that I spent a lot of I’m trying without you know saying names. Yeah. Right. uh spent a lot of time high up at a construction company that’s very heavily involved with said tournament. Yeah. Okay. So, I understand that. Very fortunate. And I and in all fairness, I played really well that like at the end of my grad year, so like I didn’t feel like I was taking a spot, which was nice. I got first I was like a little So you were you were in college at the time. I had just finished my grad year and I turned pro right after and I got married a month later and then I went play. Yeah. A lot happened. It is interesting cuz essentially John Deere um the positioning of of the John Deere Classic, it’s kind of awkward in the in the schedule. So there is more open spots for some of these guys to get in and they’re going to Hold on. You’re from Ohio? Yes, sir. Yeah. Interesting. Okay. Okay. Okay. And well, so I’m originally from Illinois. Sorry. I played golf here. Yeah. Play and I still live here, but I’m from from central Illinois. Gotcha. Gotcha. Number four, can you just quickly run me through that pre-shot routine on the first hole when you were nervous? Oh my god, dude. Yeah. Okay. Wh which which which one? Cuz the first two days honestly like the qualifying days. I wasn’t super No, no, I’m talking about in the tournament first shot. I mean, can we go back to the range? Like going out to the range seeing like the Canadian greats. We got Cory Connors out there. We got Rory out there. Dude, I’m like even on the range, I’m just trying not to like duck hook at the range. But um no, the first tea was like I’ve never everything was numb and I just blacked out like I went to I went to swing and it’s just like the the ball was just out there and I was like, “All right, we’re off. We’re off to the races.” Where’d you hit it? What’s that? Where’d you hit it? Um it was a straight cuz it was an iron. Uh it was a three iron. It’s a short I I teed off on 10, so it was a shorter par4. What time did you tee off? Uh it was later in the afternoon. Uh the first day was 1:00. Uh it was like 10:05 or something like that. And then the second day was uh 1:35. 135 the first day and the second day was Oh. Uh sorry. What’ you say? He said 105. First day was 130. Second day is 135. Okay. Perfect, man. I already know. I already know four is out. I want to keep around. Hilarious. I got a question for three. Um how old are you? I’m 41 years old. Okay. Okay. And you graduated in ‘ 07? Yes, sir. From college? Yes, it was. Yeah. And he played in ‘ 07. He played He played in the 07. Did Have we ever played against each other? No. No. I went and moved down to Charlotte for a couple years afterwards. Yeah. Played on the Tar Hill tour down there and flamed out after a couple years. What year were the uh Tar Hill tour down in the Carolinas? In Carolas? Yeah. It was 08 09. Okay. And then part of 10. Oh man. Jeez, man. These guys recovery. Yeah, that was a great recovery. Um, you went through locals, you got a sponsors invite, you went through qualifying, you went through qualifying. And did you go through qualifying? Qualifying pre and Monday. Do you went you went pre then Monday? Yeah. Yeah. Okay. I don’t know, man. Like, do you want do you want to eliminate one or do you want to eliminate two? Right now, it’s I mean, it’s up in the air. I think four’s gone. Huh? Four’s gone. Four is definitely four’s gone. Hey, the 1:00 T time and the 1:35 T time like that got me because typically the the 1 to 1:30 to like anywhere between 1 and two is usually held for like the main players. So when you Yeah. No, I was I was up there, right? So just Canada, right? So they do things different. They do things different. Typically in in in tournaments you have a morning tea time too. So I want to hang out with you man. Four and one I think one. I think one. I think one. You can’t he said he said John Herman before. Yeah. He changed. I mean he he he does look the part. I mean like but he is a bit he looks like a hockey player. Yeah. I mean I believe that I believe that part so many facts. He I knew I know more about his hockey game than He told me he told me his hockey career. Um Okay. So, we go I like that. So, we’re going one and four. One. Okay. One and four. We vote you out. Just come across and um stand on the side for us. That’d be great. Good job, fellas. That was great. Number four. Oh my god. I think we got I think I’m telling you, you guys are making a big mistake. Okay. It does sound legit to the point of like getting a sponsor’s invite through a very through a business that does business with with John Deere. You know what I mean? Um I think I think number three is legit and number five we need to get at. I think I think I think I think I think number five he he he looks apart but I think he’s he might be a club pro more than anything. You know what I mean? Uh number number three is sneaky legit. Yeah. I think. Yeah. Um, where do you pick up your credential? Start with two. Uh, the tent on the back side of the clubhouse. Oh, that was Which one? Sorry. Tent on the back side of clubhouse. It’s close to the 18. Like when you walk off of 18, there’s the tent. You’re walking off, there’s a tent to the left, right behind the clubhouse. Right by player. Jeez, that’s a good answer. Five. Tuesday morning, left of the putting green. Walked in. I actually got flagged cuz they’re like, “Who are you?” I was like, “I Mondayed. I’m I’m here.” So yeah, got it Tuesday morning. Where from? Right next to the putting green. It was inside. It’s in the clubhouse. Interesting. But the putting green’s right here. Just veer left and walk in. Three. It was clubhouse that year. None of them said like none of them said registration or or tournament office. Yeah, cuz when you go and register also blacked out when I was there. So you you blacked out? Oh yeah. Yeah. The whole week was a blackout. What are you thinking? What are you thinking? Number two was at um John Deere. John Deere. Yeah. And what do you say? 18th. Yeah. What’ you say again? So it’s like so you’re walking off 18, you’ve got the ropes. If you’re like looking there, it’s to the left behind the like there was a tent behind the clubhouse. So if you’re going around the clubhouse to the right like you walk past one T. Yeah. Yep. Down the hill to the left and then walked in the back. Oh, there be Why would there be something in the back there? No, it isn’t. It’s over I think it’s over in the parking lot. Yeah. No, but I mean things can change from um No, there’s there’s no reason why you’d go back. No, but like there isn’t cuz like there’s literally first tea clubhouse first tea that does go down the hill. He’s got that he’s got that legit. He might have just played it or been there. Um they wouldn’t put it back there. There’s nothing there. No, right back there is like concession stands for the for the people. You know what I mean? Yeah. But no tournament stuff. No tournament stuff. There’s no chance there’s tournament stuff back there. No, I mean there there is media for sure. Yeah, but you said left of Bane, didn’t you? Yeah. Hey, where did you go sign your scorecard after similar area like like bottom of the clubhouse? Walk in, turn to the There’s the locker room to the left, turn to the right, little You said 2023. Yes, sir. And you said the scoring’s in the clubhouse. Mhm. No. No. No. scoring is like up you walk up the hill and then it’s in a little demountable thing. Yeah. 07 US Open. I want I want more on this cat. Yeah. Same. I’m trying to think of it. He’s actually timeline checked out. Yeah, his timeline did check out. He’s 417. Number two, so I know he’s just hanging out. What do you know about uh first T-shot? We only asked for what the first T-shot was. What’s that? We only asked for what the first T-shot was and he told him he had a three iron down the middle. I know the first T- shot. Yeah. Where’d you hit Where’d you hit it in 2007? When’d you hit the first T-shot on number 10? I hit it in the right rough. Right rough. And then where’d you hit the second shot? Second shot. The rough was really thick that year obviously. Yeah. So I pulled it left into the left rough. Yeah. Just short of the green there. That checks out. Try to get up and down. Where was the pin? Pin was front right. Okay. Because there wasn’t that creek there. You know, there’s the creek. No, there was. I didn’t think there was a creek there. I’m pretty sure there was. Yeah. Okay. Was it actually a smart shot hitting that left? Just chipping to the right. Number five. Take us through your pre-shot routine. So, I literally looked at my caddy and I said, I’m going to swing 20% because I’m nervous. It’s like I knew my my tempo would get too fast. So I just told him I’m just I’m just going to chip it. So my tea time was like 250. So the nerves too leading up to that time. Um and I definitely blacked out before the shot. But during the shot I remember just feeling like I just kind of just n chipped it out there and I hit a 330 into the left rough. 330 in the left rough. Dang, dude. You hit a fire. Adrenaline pumped off in the morning and he couldn’t sleep. He did. Yeah, he teed off in the morning. Did What did he just say then? You said the afternoon 250. No, I never said my tea time. It was 2:50 was the first tea time. I thought you said morning. No, I never got asked that. Yeah, it was afternoon. Oh gosh, dude. All Monday Q’s get afternoon. First T. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Number two. No, actually number three. You got 150 yards. Take me through your process of how how you’re going to hit the shot. 150 yards. Yeah. Uh I look where the pin is. Yep. And I always have my caddy shoot the front of the green, too, because I know that would be my carry that I need to get the front of the green. So, if the pin’s in the middle, I’m trying to get, you know, that distance in between there. So, 150 yards. At that time, I was hitting a nine iron. Yeah. And um check the wind. Caddy will give me wind direction and uh take a couple practice swings from behind the ball, get up into the box and and send it. Oh, he said shoot for Yeah, he said shoot. He said shoot for the for the front and get up to the box. I don’t know. This is ridiculously hard, man. Cuz like they all sound legit. I can see it. Number two, what’s your process from 150? It depends on like, you know, when like give me like a real scenario. Okay, 150. I mean, are we talking like this 150 shot where I got to miss your 150 yards? Uh, there’s a 10 mph wind in and out of the rot. 150 flat. Dead flat. Dead flat. 150 in and out of the right. I’m gonna look where the pin is. Yeah. Maybe take a look at the green sheet. See if I got to avoid any big slopes or anything like that from 150 with an in out of 10 or looking at like 165. So, I’m either I’m either pulling eight and going hard at it and trying to get to land pass and spin a little bit depending on conditions or I’m going to like keep seven iron right below my shoulder and just go. What you laugh at? I think I think he’s gone. He’s gone. Wait, is it because seven iron? He said seven iron from 160 65 or whatever it was. No, that I mean Well, just because he’s rambling. Real quick, number five. Where do you get the pin sheets for the tournament? It was on the Tuesday registration. I also He’s done. You’re done. He’s done. He’s done. He’s done. Hey, you got to remember the barbersaw is a lot different. I had to pay for my yardage book. Yeah, we do, too. Yeah. Oh, really? I thought that was just like a I thought that was like if you want if you want the the high-end yardage book. Oh, no. Pen sheet. Sorry. No, they actually give you They typically give you the yardage book. No, pen sheet was first te. I remember my caddy was asking for it on Tuesday and he’s like, “No, that’s first te.” Number five. Did you get a Greens book with you for that before that tournament? Did you get Did you get a greens book? I don’t like to use them. Now I in the the yardage book, they had arrows, but they didn’t have the full stra line, but you could get the greens book if you wanted to. I’m going to be honest. I don’t remember cuz I think 2019 is when they flipped it when you can’t have it. Oh, he’s And I I don’t like the greens book. I use it too often. So, I I’m I’m okay with the arrows because I can they have the grid so I can see pins left center and I can see the slopes this way. Okay, I want to be like here. I want to be here. Um, but no, the greens book’s too much for me. Did you use rangefinders number three during the practice round? The practice round? Yeah. Yes, we could in practice round, not in tournament play. Oh, I didn’t 2007. Did they have rangefinders? We had rangefinders in college that year. Really? Yeah. Oh, man. I dude I remember Oh, yeah. The big ones. There was the big bush that there had. That’s right. Yeah. No, I do remember having having big ones. Yeah. It was like freaking You’re in the military. Yes. Bloody hell, dude. This is okay. I’m thinking two Gonskis. I think two’s Gonkis and it’s out at three and five. Boys, what was your status like overall? Like when you when during the tournaments you had no status number three, correct? No status. Open qualifying. Okay. Two. I had no status. Okay. Three. And you had Yeah, I was on Latino America and all that you get from that is just a discount on the preq. You pay I think it’s like instead of paying 250, you pay 100 bucks for the preq. He did he did number five did say you get the pinch sheets Tuesday morning. You don’t get pinch sheets. Also backtracked on that. Yeah, you did backtrack, but you usually get pinched. My caddy asked about it and then I I we got them on the day of. When did you get email? And for for your Thursday um tea time, you got pinch sheets Tuesday. No, no, my caddy asked, but we didn’t get them till Thursday morning of the tea time. Well, Thursday afternoon. I think he’s played the I think he’s telling the truth legit like all of it, but he just hasn’t played. He had last year’s pin shoots on Tuesday. That’s what maybe he was talking about when he also don’t remember what I did last week. So, there’s some remember what I did last week. me and you. There’s some details that are definitely forgotten% after Friday’s cut. Um, who did you play with on the weekend, boys? I got cut. Yeah. And you got cut as well. No, I went home. Dang, it’s hard. I went to a wedding. They didn’t ask me, but I went to a wedding. Okay. All right. We’re going to eliminate We’re going to eliminate one. And will you take two? Yeah. Two. Two. Sure. Two. Two. Two. Two. Sorry, mate. Appreciate it. Move to the side. All right. How was the wedding though? By far by the wedding on the weekend. Yeah, it was a blast. It was a ton of fun. It was actually I was supposed to be in the wedding. I told him tell him no. And so then I just ended up showing up with a bulge boy and hanging out. It was great. So where where are you where are you originally from? Dayton, Ohio. Marin, Ohio. Did you drive to the US Open? Yes, sir. How did you get into uh the barber store? It was in Lexington. So, I used to be in um down in Alabama. Switched it to Lexington. That’s why I decided to play. So, I was two-hour drive. Two-hour drive. Who did you play with again? Rob Oppenheim and Steven Jagger. Yeah. Andrew Hansen and Johnson Wagner. Oh, dude. He number three just like it it sounds true to me. You know what I mean? Who won the barber? Who won the barber? I think it was Troy Merritt. In what year? 18. That sounds I think that’s his name again. I don’t know what I did last week. But what was your world ranking? Lowest world ranking. Lagger or number five? Yeah. Lagger. What’s that? Oh, no. That was pretty That’s before. World ranking. Oh, no. I actually did get ranked. It was pretty high. Yeah. Yeah. So, it was like 4,000. What’s your best finish in a tournament? Uh, in Latino America, I got like 23rd. My last five. It was down to Argentina. See, I think he’s telling the truth. I think he’s telling the truth. I think I think he’s legit because like you do get you do get world ranking points for those but it’s like so small but the Yeah, it’s it’s like nothing. It’s it doesn’t do much and then at all. Number three, after the US Open you said you went to the Tar Hill tour and then how long after that did you keep playing and I played all of 08, all of 09 and part of 2010 and then hung them up. Yeah. Bad knees, body was falling apart, money was running out. moved back home. How old were you when I stopped? Yeah. 2010. I would have been 26. I’m set. Are you set? I need to tell my story for that. My story is a little crazy. I Your story. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So, I’ll go back a little bit, too. Got com cut for my high school golf team. Freshman year, average 94. Okay. Then the next year, I just grinded my butt off. average 76, made varsity. Fast forward because no one cares about high school, college, played. Uh I told my dad I want to turn pro sophomore year and he says, “Well, son, like no offense, but you should probably win some tournaments before you consider that.” I was like, “Yeah, you’re probably right.” So I won three tournaments my junior year, turned pro in 18. So I played 17. 17 is when I graduated college. Played amateur events up until 18. 18 was my Latino America Q school. qualified. I was first alternate on Latino America. Um, played on that and then coming off of that season, played in the Barbasaw qualifier. I didn’t want to because I just had a full season of of traveling to six different countries and learning Spanish. And then did you have to travel to Canada at all for that? For to where for from the Latino or the Americans tour? So they changed when I was playing it was it was Latino and Canadian were completely separate. So, Latino America did cross over for like two events. Yeah. So, it was Latino America and then summer was Canadian and then Latino America again. So, when I played on Latino America, I then played in the Barbasaw. After the Barbersaw, I did the Q school for uh Canada and got that as well. I was like I think I was like 10th alternate or something like that. Yeah. No, I No. Yeah. Yeah. I was 10th alternate and uh which is a lot different on the Canadian tour because Latino America I mean people don’t want to go to to Guatemala. I don’t think he’s played. I don’t think he’s I think I I think he’s I think you’re right. I think he’s legit on the Latino, but I don’t think he’s played PJ 100%. No, I’m with you. All right. Sorry, hold on one second. What did you shoot again to qualify for the US Open? 600 par. And where was that? It’s Scotto and OSU Scarlet course. Mhm. How many guys got through? Uh from that location there was 14. Oh, that sounds that sounds No, it doesn’t sound high at all. Yeah, that’s right. It actually sound It sounds It sounds low. I know. It’s perfect. Um, that’s a great question. Golly, man, these guys like I’m at I’m at three. Where you at? I’m three all day. I’m ready to go. Hold on. Um, I’m trying I’m trying like this. If it’s four, I’m jumping out the window. Oh my gosh. Um, okay. Let’s bring the boys back in. Come on, boys. Let us know in the comments down below who you guys think it is. Number four’s got his hand up. So, we got to choose between three and five. Yes. Oh, you’re still unsure. I’m unsure, but I Wow. I’m unsure, but I think it’s three. I’m going to go three. So, what are we going to go with? I’m good with going with three. I’m great going with three. Okay, we’re going to we’re going to we’re going to go with uh contestant number three, but would the real tour pro please step forward? No kid. Come on, step forward. We got dung, boys. No. Wow, you sold that. So, you all did a great job, man. Okay. Okay. So, if you knew my personality, like I literally don’t remember anything. I’m just hit the shot and move on. 1. First time coming across "The Lads" and its very industry plant material but its great production value though.

  2. The tell for #3 was him claiming to play the Tarheel Tour 2008-2010. It changed names in 2007 to the eGolf Tour.

Great video, #4 had me rolling.

  3. Absolutely love this vid!! Only thing I would like to see added is getting them to hit shots as well as asking questions!

  4. Should have definitely have let the final two hit a couple of shots cold. Would have been clear as day

  5. We need an all Aussie shoot out in the backyard…..Scott, Smith, Leishman, Herbert and get Smylie aswell. Would be mint 🏌‍♂️

  6. Hey, I know #3. I grew up with him and played high school golf with him. He was a lot better than me, but that’s not saying a whole lot.

  7. 28:35 This is when I knew #5 was it! He immediately corrected his standing, that’s quick thinking for someone who’s lying. 😅

  8. 3 is a natural liar but he doesn't pass the eye test at all. If he turned pro with that type of physique he would've had to be insanely talented.

  9. Great Video. You should do one like the Justin Rose Video where they do multiple different shots aswell.

  10. Great episode. Having seen Ryan play with his sister Marissa, I knew right away but it was fun to see everyone trying to figure it out.

  11. Jason day seems like a very funny sports personality. Great sense of humor. He laughed at everything and it’s infectious

  12. You asked too many questions before eliminating one … you should watch more sidemen or beta squad vids to see how they do it. I knew it was coming to 3-5 just based on how questions was asked

  13. Great video! I would have liked to see you make initial guesses confidentially after the interview and then watch them play a par 3 before making a final decision.
