There’s a few things in course records that you can’t if you shoot a course record, you can’t take you can’t take breakfast balls and you can’t do gimmies. What if it’s like a foot or like 6 in? Finish it out. You finish out and you can’t improve your eyes unless it’s been like a downpour and you’re getting a ton of mud on your ball, right? So, I can’t So, hey, the one thing the review Hey, off the bat, the review here, Jason. Yeah. um was the the cart paths are a little sketchy. Oh, we got country roads. We need to get a box blade on these things and like kind of flatten them out a little bit, but um tell you what, the fairways look great. All right, Carney, we got 63 yards. Based on the putting green, the greens are a little bit firm and bouncy. So, let’s give it a try here. Lob iron, of course. That’s a great shot. Where’d it go? Uh about a foot and a half. Thank you, Honda. I love road holes. I love road holes. When we picked this course out, Carney behind the camera picked out, you know, he did his research like, “Hey, what can I find the lowest rated, the most inexpensive, and he you found a gem? Could be our favorite so far. Um, and we’re one hole in, but also could be because of the company. I’m not uh 68 yards. Firm firm lie. Live budgeting hand.” Oh, come on. That’s it. It’s really not bad. Not bad. Not bad. Thank you. Thank you. Perfect distance control, George. Hey, I’ll take that. Got 51 yards. And I literally just said this to uh Wesley that 50 yards trying to talk about spin. Height and what was the two two spins things? Height and spin. Height and height and spin. There we go. Two ways to stop a ball. And I’ve hit it to 50 yards and I can’t get any like spin on this. So, it’s just going to come out loopy. So, I got 50 yards and I’m going to try and play something just a little bit high over this uh over this bunker. Wesley’s in there tight. So, it’s going to loop out of here. Oh, no. Jason die. It rolled back out. That was very close to being really mint, too. And now it’s in a bad spot. Now it’s in an awful spot. It hit the lip and ricocheted back through the bunker onto uh the down slope. Wasn’t a great second shot. It was close cuz all I needed to do was just cover the pot and I didn’t. So now I’m uh got to get this up and down. What a golf shot. You’re built different, Jason. That’s well done. Good shot. I’m going to give my one footprint a rake. How much sand in there? See, this is amaz This is respect. I mean, look at this putter and what it’s been through. Oh, it’s been through war. What year was it acquired? I mean, that was a 2015 putter that I won the PJ with. And how long did it stay out of the bag before it came back in the bag? Uh, it’s been out of the bag for a while actually. I’ve just recently put it back in. I let my boy use it at like PJ Junior League and he just never had a cover on it. So, he’s just clanging down the fairway with and that’s why it looks the way it looks. All right, let’s lock in here. No, you can’t. Great line. Thank you. All right, part of the first home. Sounds about right. I don’t know what VS stands for, but it’s a new prototype that they had come out. What about Victory Secured? Oh, I like that. So, do I look at the dot while I putt or what? Yeah. Wanted it to be here, but for birdie. Obviously, I’ve got this for par. So, try and uh roll something in. Limit the damage hopefully. I mean, I mean, that’s the difference right there. Those little putts. Good parade. Grinding four from 50 yards. Great way to start. How many putts from that length did you make in 2015? Uh, pretty much all of them. This is a lot better than the golf course I grew up on. I must admit. What made your course so special, which I thought was one of the most amazing things I ever heard. So, I grew up on a 12-hole golf course, but some of the golf courses I played were sand greens and there was one in particular. It was five grass greens and then the no sorry, five sand greens and the last four were grass greens. So, that’s amazing. You get through the first five holes and then Augusta National is just around the corner. I mean that’s wrapped around a wrapped around a racetrack. So I think I think that’s our next video. I think we have we have to find a sand green golf course and play with you got to rake it. You got to mark and then you get this heavy rake and you just rake and you make it like a nice flat surface. You’re hoping that a leaf gets stuck underneath it cuz it’ll just draw a line from your ball to the hole and it’ll just go like this straight in there. I got a one shot lead carnage just for the record. And we’ve only played one hole. That I’m already salty. I’m starting to wonder. Do I have to give you a shot of hole to make this competitive? Oh my gosh. I’m just going to have like memories of an 84 that Wesley once shot in Florida. Yeah, I know. I enjoyed it. It was It was a great walk for me. It is fun. It’s fun to talk about that. But what did you shoot? I shot 76. I got bored by the fourth hole. You shot 76? I mentally checked out and I had a a a fresh neck injury just to let you know. Wesley, it’s not bad. It’s not too bad. It’s not there. Oh, that’s good. It looks like a splendid leave, George. Short looks like it’s the miss for sure. Right there. That was a great shot. Just don’t think I had enough lumber. Honestly, I Wesley’s a better cart person than me. Like, he can get good conversation out of guests where I’m like a vanilla. Let’s talk about golf swing and I’m just not great at it. So, I have some questions from the Discord. Just perfect. Um, again, you guys watching this, you know I struggle. So, we’re just going to put it in the hands of someone else. The first one off the rope is actually a very good one. In your opinion, when you got to world number one, what got you there? Was it ball striking, putting, mental game or I mean a combination of all? Long driving, long straight driving, putting best I was best at putting. Oh, and my mental game I thought there I I I knew that there was no one better than me on the on the golf course. And that took me a long way, too. So there they were the three things, but like if you look at my putting stats, I was I I I’d hit it to 60 ft. I’m like, I’m going to hold that. I just knew it. And that but then it ties into the mental game as well. So, I just there’s a lot of belief there. Yeah. Okay. Nice. You know what? To be honest, boys. Yeah. You in a bad spot. When you have pitch, you don’t need fast greens cuz these these putts seem a little bit more difficult. Right. So, based on what you’ve seen thus far, there’s no way to give this place like legitimately a one-star review. Correct. No, definitely not. There’s no chance. Really quick tip is you got to see the speed that you want it want the ball to go into the hole. You see the last probably foot to two feet of the ball going in the hole at the speed that you want and then you match it up. So if you’re like, “Okay, I needed to die in.” Then you just match it up like, “Okay, well, you got to obviously do some putting practice all the round, but you just got to match the last two feet to your overall speed.” It’s a great eagle and whole back toback eagles are in play. 490 par five. Hole five dog leg left, par five. Going to be hitting it right over these trees. Maybe just on the left side of them. Um, are you thinking the V and then just on the left edge of that V then? No, right edge of the V. No way. Yeah. Really? It’s like it’s going to be 350 plus through the fairway on my line. Fair enough. Okay. I know you’re hitting it far. Yeah, fair enough. I got a feeling that a lot of these balls are going to go land and trundle out. So, I’m going to focus on getting the more of a trundle shot here. Nearly stood on my ball. Yes, you can think about the possibilities of of of messing up, but you’re so you have to like go, no, no, it’s like I’m going to hit it here. That’s I don’t care where I’m going to hit it. And then 18 I I used to hit this two iron and I hit it, you know, 308 yards down there and then you’re flipping into 56. You know what I mean? So it didn’t play as as as hard as it plays now because obviously we got green soft conditions. Yeah. All right. We got 194. One tree in the way. Going to have to give a little draw here.
