Scotty Sheoffller won the Procore Championship, marking his sixth PGA Tour win of the season. Sheffller became just the fourth golfer to tally back-to-back seasons with at least six wins, joining legends Tiger Woods, Arnold Palmer, and Jack Nicholas. Scotty started Saturday 14th on the leaderboard, but moved into contention with an 8under and then finished with a 5under 67. Sheffller would not normally compete in the procore, but America’s Rder Cup captain Keegan Bradley asked his team members to play as practice for the event two weeks later in New York. Scotty’s Rder Cup teammate Ben Griffin finished one shot behind at Silverado Resort in Napa. Sheffller has not finished outside of the top 10 on tour since mid-March. The win marked the 19th of Scotty’s career. Amateur Jackson Kven finished fourth.
