So, it’s a spiral around and up and a spiral down and around and through. It’s not just a turn and a turn.   1. 上体が回転するので、骨盤もそれと同時に回転させるには、水平方向のみならず上下方向の動きも必要。
    当たり前の話だが、意識しないと忘れやすい理論だ。
