  1. I like Rickie, but it seems he is a bit more interested in sponsorship than winning golf tournaments….his career is passing him by

  2. "Strong showing at The Open, T-14?" LOL! He may be a very good golfer, but he has always been an underachiever! Money will never replace his lack of championships! He's only won six times on the PGA tour. The way he was touted he should have at least 20 by now, and a handful of majors, he has none! Later in life with all his money there will be many 'I could of, I should of' reflections!

  4. Rickie has always been one of my favorite golfers. Never any negative headlines or cheating scandals, no on-course or locker room tantrums, and comes across as a "stand-up kinda guy". Is he a Top-tier player….no! But, not everyone can be Jack, Tiger or Scottie either!! Go Rickie!! Good on you for making a resurgence, and earning new sponsors!!

  9. Fowler is one of the biggest bluffs in the history of sport. The commentators have always talked as though he is a great golfer, just having a bad week. For the far from superstar performance, he has been treated like he’s all that. He is not. Anna Kournikova made a fortune on hype; at least she was good looking. Rickie’s dirt bike racing is his most interesting performance; he must have been better at biking, otherwise he’d be dead. Is one person on earth going to buy an overprice yeti coffee cup because Rickie is hawking it? His ridiculous fee will probably just mean they will overprice the product even more. Only in an age where likes are more important than performance could Rickie Fowler win this lottery.
