*** Full Swing Master Class HERE *** https://fullswingmasterclass.porzakgolf.com/
Want more compression on the ball and to stop getting stuck in the downswing? In this video, I show you why the Justin Rose rehearsal move is one of the most effective drills to clean up your impact and get the hands in front of the body like the pros do 💪
By mimicking Justin Rose’s pre-shot rehearsal, you’ll:
✅ Create more shaft lean at impact
✅ Get better compression through the ball
✅ Avoid the arms getting stuck behind the body
✅ Learn proper hand path and sequencing
This simple rehearsal is a game-changer for golfers who struggle with inconsistent ball striking, flipping at impact, or a stuck position. Let’s train your body to move like the elite players do.

Figured this out a week or 2 ago, went from a nasty slice to Narnia, to a nice draw.
Shutting off the shoulders was a game changer!
Good stuff as usual ! Arms , hands & hips go first keeping the back at the target – picked up this nugget in one of your previous videos . If you throw the club over the top this tip is solid gold ! For me it gets my swing on plane . I Don’t have to think or worry about shallowing – It just happens !
Isn't it the shoulders that move, arms follow, or am I wrong? If you move your hands and do not move your body, you would flip or have chicken wings. I would love to understand this better
I used to use the feel of my back staying turned away from the target as long as possible while bringing the arms and hands down from the top of swing. I've been trying to do the arm part again lately, but the leaving the back/chest turned away as long as possible has been a missing key. It would probably do me a lot of good to get back to doing both together again…
Just to clarify one point, if you have a narrower stance with driver, do you accomodate this with the ball forward of lead foot rather than aligned with the instep?
Would this help with pull shots? I notice I close my club face early.
Yor r a great coach. Paints a picture to rememb er!
Yes it’s the hooks for me with club stuck?!
Yeah, the quote "feel like you drop your arms," really threw me off at first. I literally thought it meant to completely relax and just let my arms fall, but in reality, it’s an active move, you’re actually dropping them with intent.
I remember learning the hands come down first move from Mike Bender years ago. At first, I lost some speed since I was used to firing my hips, but it made me way more consistent — and eventually, the speed came back
👍👏👏👏💪💯
As a lefty I appreciate the shot we got at the end. Really love all of the videos you guys are putting out!
Who is the player at 5:01???
Someday ill have to join the boys for a session at the gran del fr
great swing for a youngster…. get him out bailing some hay and get the whole body farm boy strong and damn, he could be great…. not the weight room
You kinda breezed over ball position: Stance width for driver should be inside of shoes outside of shoulders with ball inside of shoes. Then 7 iron would be a more narrow stance but Ball still lined up with the side of your chest?
Do we actively pull the arms down? Or I'm not interpreting it correctly?
