The World’s Hardest Golf Course: Oakmont Country Club

Today I will be playing one of the hardest golf courses in the entire world as I prepare for the 125th U.S. Open Championship…

Shoutout to Oakmont Country Club and the USGA for making this possible!

  1. Bryson putting stance looks like my 5y/o nephew lol its so unorthodox but what do i know? Guys a champion 😂 lets go CGC

  2. What kind of grip do you use? Also, your swing reminds me so much of Moe Norman. One day I was walking to the parking lot after a round of golf when I noticed a commotion on the driving range. There was a group of people watching some guy hit balls. That guy turned out to be Moe Norman, and I will never forget it. Moe was an eccentric guy. Some would say a little funny in the head. He did not look like, nor play the role of a golfer. Anyway, he spent the next 30 minutes hitting a shot almost as if was a distraction. Reason being is he liked to tell stories to anyone listening. It was as though he had to remind himself that he was on a driving range to hit golf balls. He would take a second to interrupt a story by hitting another ball. He didn't take more than a second or two to line up the shot and hit it. And I swear to God that by the end of the session you could place a blanket over every single ball he hit. I still remember a tight circle of white balls surrounded by green grass. It was astounding.

  3. Yo bag toter, your daddy a member? That how ya got the loop , or are you the shacks caddy master ass kisser?

  4. Overall you did a great job considering the weather and the course difficulty level ! I appreciate the videos you share with us !

  5. Oakmont just made Bryson call himself a "loser"!! I've never in my 50 years as a golf enthusiast looked forward to a major more than this one. Oakmont is pure genius and diabolical. There's a phenomenal PGA tour video covering all of the nuances of the course. The slopes in the fairways, the massive greens with undulations like a Lays potato chip, the diabolical bunker placements and the sadistic rough. I completely agree with the assessment that the winner will most likely finish over par. And I hope it's Bryson…

  6. Looks pretty flat. Try playing Belmullet, St Patrick's or Old Head Kinsale in the same conditions…. then you get to see what hard is!;-)

  7. Great video again Bryson, lv the channel. Playing golf in the UK you are cold & stiff every game 😂 with poor conditions 😂 ⛳️

  8. As good as Bryson hits the ball his iron play lets him down. At his level and the amount of skill he possesses he doesn’t need to be pumping wedges 170, 7i from 210. Wish he would club up more.

  9. Bryson, You wanna know what we respect about You? It's that You treat everyone well, and with respect, and You give the fans fives, You're not closed off to everyone, and Golf and Golf fans are SO lucky to have You! Already a legend! I hope you win many more Majors and Liv Tourneys and Thank You for Youtubing !! Epic Power, and Chipping and Putting!! If You can display this kind of confidence when putting during the Open, You'll win..

  10. The lie on the first hole, hopefully thats not a sign of what's to come. You should NEVER get a lie like that in the rough of ANY US Open! The USGA is way too lax these days when it comes to setting the courses up for optimal difficulty; and as a result the scores are way too low over the last nearly 20 years for the tournament.
