1. Yesterday was the best TV golfing spectacle and maybe sporting spectacle I have ever seen. The story of LIV vs PGA, US Open last year, No majors for 10+ years, grand slam hopes, Rose/Aberg making a last dash, chipping in from 80 yards probably the worst shot of his career, play offs.. I couldnt step away for 1 minute. Golf won and Rory will sleep so much better now

2. A rollercoaster of emotions

3. This is a lesson to anyone. He's clearly not the best at dealing with pressure, but if you can keep chipping away, get into the position, and believe in yourself you will eventually reap the rewards. He genuinely will win 4 more majors before he retires and go down at a top 4-5 of all time. He's already nearly there but adding them majors to your abilities is what counts! Congratulations Rory Mac, fan since you came on your when I was a small kid!

21. I find it a little sad that he doesnt look joyful ; he looks a mixture of relieved and exhausted….hopefully in the days/weeks/months to come he'll really be able to enjoy what he's achieved , something no other European has managed to do in winning all 4 majors.
