How Tiger times the ‘JUMP’ correctly 🔥 #golf #golfswing #golfcoach #golftips #golflesson

so we know tiger does this jump move in the down swing but it’s extremely difficult to time it I find the best analogy is skipping a rock when you skip a rock you wouldn’t have the trail knee bent throughout and come in front like this you’d be squatting down as you set yourself up and right before throwing start extending through as you release your arms to throw the rock taking this same principle imagine you’re throwing a rock using your clubs and you’ll understand how to time the squat and extension in your down swing [Music]

  1. The funny part is that everyone wants to harp on the squat and sitting in the chair drill, but that drill completely prevents you from doing this little jump at the end

  2. Imo this is an unnecessary micro analysis of a professional golf swing. The down and jump motion is simply a natural sequence of his golf swing. I think Tiger is just clearing his hips on his down swing, and the jump is a result of his 120mph swing speed.

  3. This is absolutey awful! Do not try this!!! It is not a thought tiger has its a purly a result…

This guy making videos has no clue the differences between causes and effects!!!

This is an effect. Not a conscious thought hes doing in the swing.

Most of this guys videos arent any help of how to become better its just his attempt to show you what the best in the world do.

do not focus on this please!!!!!

  4. I’ve tried this on the range and it does produce great strikes. As a 3 year golfer I can often forget to employ the technique though.

  5. This is such a wonderful analogy. Not only for the physical representation, but when was the last time you skipped a rock in a bad mood?! 🙂

  6. I don't know if it's just a feeling, but do you start bending your knees for the jump just before the top of the swing to build up a little more tension for the backswing, or am I thinking too much? 😅
