  3. You should really ask for a refund on your exercise science degree, cause clearly they didn't teach you anything.

    They're have been multiple studies (Including RCT's) showing that med ball rotational throw exercises (I.e the exact exercise you label stupid) increases bat speed in baseball players.

    The amount of strawmanning you've managed to make this video is astonishing. You've taken a short clip from a workout video, then made up a hypothetical person criticising their training, and then abused them. Even for you that's impressive.
