The Riviera Country Club will once again play host to the PGA TOUR’s best as The Genesis Invitational tees off this week. The Genesis Invitational is the first of three player-hosted invitationals (along with the Arnold Palmer Invitational presented by Mastercard and Jack Nicklaus’ Memorial Tournament presented by Workday). Tiger Woods is the host this week but will also be in the field. This will be his first start since the Masters Tournament in 2023 – where he withdrew after the third round. Last season’s Genesis Invitational was his last full four-round effort on the PGA TOUR before injury. World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler returns to action after a strong finish in last week’s WM Phoenix Open. He claimed T3 in his attempt to become the first player to three-peat on the PGA TOUR since Steve Stricker in 2009-11. Scheffler finished 12th at The Genesis last season. Rory McIlroy is set to make just his second TOUR start in 2024 after a T66 at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am. This will be McIlroy’s eighth start at Riviera. He finished 29th last season and claimed a career-best of fourth at Riviera in 2019. Others to look out for are Viktor Hovland, Max Homa, Justin Thomas and Xander Schauffele.

Seriously, whoever is making these highlight vids needs to be fired. None of them are in order, missed for birdies by the winner, garbage, and theyve been garbage for years.
These highlights were compiled by someone with a brain no more developed than a 2 year old trying to play Jenga. FFS, you couldn't scatter the chronology of these shots anymore than they have.
Matsuyama #1
It proves week after week who ever is in the lead in the final round if his putting and chipping are not perfect they end up losing the tournament it happened last week at the phoenix open when Taylor came back from 4 shots behind he was putting his brains out hoffman lost the tournament it’s all in the short game practice your short game
Hire someone with more then 4 braincells to edit these. Round highlights should have near Mil views each vid!
Wow, what happened to cantley..great play Matsuyama…welldone
言葉にならない😭ིོ
Whoever is doing the editing on these needs to be sacked. The shots should all be progressional throughout the day. Every shot from this video jumps back and forth throughout the day. Its not hard..
hideki The second shot on hole 11 is 183 yards, and I say do something about it.
What ever happened to Gary McCord….miss his analysis. Getting very tired of Nantz. Oh well, I don’t watch golf anymore. Jim, what about Tiger Woods….haven’t heard about him in three minutes….lol.
Importance of 4 rounds😊❤
Japanese rules again. Hoping to see the principle and personality guy to win but it's all good still.
Dear PGA person putting highlights on YouTube, please look at the comments and do something. These highlights have come a long way from the putting videos of old but how do we see 4 shots from Hideki? Dude shot 62. Last thing, please stop giving away who wins the tournament in the thumbnail photo. For the folks who cannot dedicate 4 plus hours to watch the live show, it would be fun to have the highlights tell us who wins and not the thumbnail photo. Thank you.
can i have 4 million dolla??
Gotta love golf, 62 on a Sunday ⛳️🏌🏾
We ask them everytime to put them in chronological order and the intern never listens!!
Cantlay sold the bag
Get someone with half a brain to assemble the highlights.
Still all over the place. Will avoid watching future highlights on this channel. Not enjoyable to watch
Playing like me on EA 2004 ps2 tiger woods
Massive crowd
3 3Peats. Wow!
if someone elses golf ball hits another, do they play from where it landed or as is? @1:47
松山選手優勝おめでとうございます。
しかしながらザラトリスのインタビュー聞いてもらい泣きしました。
そんな事があった中この4日間プレーしていたことが素晴らしい、しかもホールインワンもあった。見事なプレーでした。
Nothing better than seeing a player Shoot the lights out and WIN a Tournament. Congrats Dek Man!
Horrible coverage and highlights…. Bouncing around players and not showing birdies from the top 10 down the stretch??
the highlights are all over the place…5:35 Matsuyama (-14 though 13 holes)…then at 6:06mins Matsuyama (-14 through 12 holes)…he teleported back in time…..this happens every week…who ever edits this is a disgrace
Super job, Hideki!! Very pleased that you are back on the track again.
Thank you for the highlights. Maybe keep the thumbnail image a bit more vague to who wins? I use this to keep up with matches I can’t watch and appreciate the suspense build. Also, agree with the comment below to show the highlights chronologically. Otherwise nice video
Great to see Hideki back in form. Nicely set up for the Masters.
Great leader board!
It looks like Matsuyama forgot he was supposed to play golf for a moment and thought he was in a dart competition.
Hats off to Cantlay
What a round 4, congratulations to, Hideki Matsuyama.
3:33 Extra club? That was a 6 iron from 206 yds. Jeez.
Hideki looks good in yellow congratulations!
TERRIBLE SPORT IF THAT REALLY IS WHAT GOLF IS, YOUR LEADER TIGER W, IS A PREDATOR
Whe tiger was being driven off the course Jim Nantz turned to Immelman and said: There go the ratings
Watching these highlights from The Genesis Invitational has me convinced that my golf game needs some serious Matsuyama magic! ⛳😂
So Cantlay missed his line for final put but sinks it? Well done 🙂
totally agree worst highlights ever and so short!
A disgrace to the producers
Why does Hideki look exactly like a Key and Peele character? 🤔
Congradulation!!
A. Tornado, Hurricane, Typhoon: We recognize these natural phenomena as incredibly powerful forces. However, imagine for a moment if tornadoes, hurricanes, or typhoons did not possess their characteristic spin or twist. In such a scenario, they might lose much of their destructive potential and become far less impactful.
Just as these powerful weather systems gain their strength from their twisting motion, the game of Qigong golf also offers a similar lesson. When you add spin or twist to a golf club, the golf ball will travel significantly farther. But here's the catch: if you want that golf ball to go straight toward the target, you must provide it with a future path from beginning to the end and maintain balance in your swing consistently during this time.
Consider this – the unpredictability of these massive storms is often due to unbalanced factors in their environment, like uneven heating/energy or possible moisture among them. Similarly, a golf ball's path can become erratic if there's an imbalance in your swing.(most is up swing)
No one can truly control the path of a tornado, hurricane, or typhoon because they operate in an unbalanced environment surrounding them, moving in all directions. Even scientists struggle to predict their precise trajectory. Conversely, during your golf swing, if you can provide not only a two-stage swing but also a four-point rotation method along with three-dimensional vision balance by coordinating your body's movement with the rotation of the club, you gain control over that small golf ball. Therefore, you can also control the future path or direction of a tornado, hurricane, or typhoon easily
This analogy underscores the importance of controlled twist, balance, and precision in a Qigong golf swing to achieve both power and accuracy, in contrast to the unpredictable and destructive nature of twisted storms
It effectively highlights the importance of controlled twist and balance in golf while drawing parallels with natural phenomena.

These Highlights are absolutely shocking 😂
