  6. I wish commentators complimented other players as eloquently as they do Tiger. If golf is to survive without Tiger, perhaps they should build up other players than him. "No one does it better." "He has the hardest shot on the golf course." Really? Justin Rose isn't leading? Have anything good to say about him???

  10. I don't like watching bad Tiger rounds, but I clicked on it anyway to Thumbs Up for the USGA. I hate those 1 minute clips the PGA does.

    But why he could not? Putting was great at Thursday so it can be as well tomorrow… or even greater! And maintaining some good aspects, Tiger surely goes to the leaderboard…

    …just requires players in the leaderboard playing lesser skill. Some great skill has shown there.

  25. One thing is for sure. The U.S. Open sucks, both the men's and the women's. The best proof of that is if there's a tie at the end. What's their solution? Play a whole round! The whole tournament based on thinking like that. And, you can tell the players REALLY wish they were somewhere else. And, so do we.

  34. He didn't have a great day with the putter. He burnt the edge on damn near every putt but just couldn't quite get the birdies to drop.
