  1. I’ve always thought that and now a pro is affirming what I always thought about these guys.. they always take much less club than I would.. maybe they just hit the ball much further..

  2. A good lesson there, they're forcing, swinging as hard as they can ,trying to hit their max distances for 5,6,7 irons and hit awful shots The pro knows his max numbers and the percentage game, hits way for club.

  3. Steve never had a chance of getting that club there. Ego is not your friend… No golf shoes and swings so hard my back cracked just watching it… Go 2 clubs up and swing easy 👌

  4. It’s all about what tempo, and power level gives you the best outcome. I’m a scratch player, and I grew up swinging “smooth”. My playing partners hit their irons longer, but I’m more accurate, using one less club. My distance control is also better. Golf is a game of final score, not a who hits certain clubs further. I’ve never let my ego stray me from playing MY game. Example…. Block is a Tour Pro. The GG boys spray it everywhere sometimes.

  5. Lol, it depends on the iron and the degree… It’s just a number… It’s all about the degrees of loft and who’s swinging it.

  6. they never wear golf shoes. i don't get it. maybe super dry courses, but definitely not in the north.

  7. Garret is so delusional thinking he’s hitting a 6 iron 230. He’s not even THAT long; he hits everything with a low flight which maybe helps him get a little extra but he’s not a crazy long hitter and needs to leave ego out of club selection
