The PGA TOUR heads to Olympia Fields Country Club, just outside of Chicago, for this week’s BMW Championship and the second leg of the FedExCup Playoffs. This week will determine the final 30 players eligible to compete for the TOUR Championship next week at East Lake in Atlanta. Lucas Glover will look to make it three wins in a row on the PGA TOUR after capturing both the Wyndham Championship and the FedEx St. Jude Championship last week. His recent successes have pushed him from No. 49 to No. 4 in the FedExCup standings. Patrick Cantlay returns to defend his back-to-back BMW Championship wins after last week’s playoff defeat to Lucas Glover. This was one of seven top-four finishes this season as he looks to make it a three-peat at this event. Rory McIlroy played well for his T-3 finish in Memphis last week. He’s claimed top-10 finishes in all of his last seven starts and with three FedExCup Championships to his name, he knows what is required this time of year to outlast the best players in golf. Other players to look out for are Scottie Scheffler, Jon Rahm, Viktor Hovland and Tommy Fleetwood.

  1. Looked like tiger highlights. Hitting ridiculous shots and draining putts after terrible drives that most players get a bogry or double out of.

  2. Rory never ceases to amaze the crowds he gathers. Even a botched drive he can save. Im here for it all

  3. What odds would you have given that he couldn't get up and down after the drive on the 17th? Jaw-dropping stuff.

  4. Glover had to watch this phenom (Rory) pull this round completely out of his arse, as he himself could scarcely score par. unfortunately Tommy had to witness this same thing, playing alongside Brian Harman today.

  5. To make birdies on 9 & 17 after those tee shots . . . I mean 17 was really just gratuitous, but this guy is an undeniable phenom. Another bogey-free round to add to the all-time stat sheet. Expect to see him at the business end of the field Sunday at East Lake.

  6. Gives us an idea of just how good RORS is when he plays his better game some talent should really win way more too

  7. I think on his day there is only one other player better than Rory and that’s tigger, he’s just another level on his day! Special player.

  8. 😢could only see 3 last holes of Rory yesterday thanks to sky .For that I had to endure Spieth's eternal ritual before every shot 😴😴😴
