14. This is what separates a veteran from a rookie, he had every right to be mad and a lesser man would have yelled and think that losing this game is the end of the world or something. Instead he made the situation cool and gave that lady a positive experience as well as an amazing souvenir , she could have felt so embarrassed and sad if she got yelled at for messing up the game. A pro game at that. And not to mention the other spectators and fans who would feed off the negative energy and shame her as well
