The 2022 PNC Championship will once again see 20 major champions tee it up alongside their family members during the two-day, 36-hole scramble event. After finishing in second place at last year’s championship, Tiger and Charlie Woods will return for a third consecutive year, hoping to earn their first win. 2021 winners John Daly and his son, University of Arkansas sophomore John Daly II, will be back in action after securing a two-shot win last time out and will be looking to become the first back-to-back winners since Larry and Drew Nelson in 2008. Four-time winners Bernhard Langer and his son, Jason, return to the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club in Orlando, Florida, for the first time since 2020, while Justin Thomas and his dad, Mike, will be eager to continue their good run of form at the event which saw them claim victory in 2020 and a third-place finish in 2021. LPGA Tour star and Olympic gold medallist Nelly Korda will once again be partnering with her father, Petr, a former professional tennis player who claimed a Grand Slam victory at the 1998 Australian Open.

  1. Obviously Charlie has a swing that I can only dream of having but I noticed throughout the weekend his right foot was not completely upright during his follow through on some swings. Was that because of his ankle or does he do this all the time? For example the drive at 1:20

  2. I love watching the dad's n lads golf. While I can't claim to playing as these guys do, I love getting out with my youngest boy and seeing how well we can play.

  3. The last time I saw Charlie he looked like he was 8 years old no offense. But now he’s grown so much he looks like he’s 18 years old

  4. I guess to me, whether Charlie plays golf or not as a career, seeing him play with his dad and enjoying their time together is the best picture to see. The potential for him to be a good player is there, but the decision on whether he plays the game or pursue a different career path is up to him. We can only pray for them.

  5. Absolutely love watching Tiger play golf. He seems to be recovering well from his accident. Charlie, you're doing great well.

  6. If Tiger plays like that going forward he can certainly win again. And Charlie, 150 yd. + 8 iron at 13 yrs. old! Geeze.

  7. Two things I notice. Tiger doesn't seem to be too harsh on Charlie and trying to force him to win at all costs, which is nice. He just likes getting out there and playing golf as a team.

The second thing I noticed, is that Tigers approach to the game of golf likely isn't going to change. He knows to attack some of the flags in the majors you need really good positioning off the tee, and he seems determined to have that aspect of his game working.

  8. Golf fans don't judge me lol, but is Charlie on the path to being a pro golfer? (Is he ranked for his age, not sure how it works with golf)

  9. He’s already limping more then his dad and he’s not even in High school yet, if he plays in the PGA there going to have to bring the concussion protocol tent from the NFL at the rate this family gets injured.

  10. I was able to watch Tiger's entire career including when he was on Johnny Carson at age 2! I have at least 10-20 years left in me and can't wait to see how Charlie will do. ❤
