  2. They always say that a goos golfer 🏌️ sticks to the basics and their form. I have a blast at golf ⛳️. The only sport that a 20 year old and a 70 year old can enjoy together 😘💕❤️

Benny, I never imagined that there would be a battery of physical exercise appropriate for the athlete who practices golf, and I was impressed by that, but this is obvious because the golfer is an athlete like athletes who play other sports.   4. I watched him swing at Firestone and his club head speed is unreal. He looks like he weighs maybe 125lbs but when he comes through the ball it's just amazing. The sound of the club hitting the ball gives you an indication of just how fast his club head is moving.

  5. This is not a workout that made him powerful. Lets take a look at when he was growing up through high school and college to give us a better idea of what actual helped him gain this type of power. How fast has his swing speed increased while being on tour?
