The fact he played his best round in round 3 says so much about the difference in physicality compared to The Masters when he deteriorated as the week went on. Best I’ve seen him play since the win at Zozo
When he said he’d been shooting 63 64 in practice rounds at medalist in a buggy I presume off the tips. That resonated with me. That’s course has a slope rating of mid to high 70s. So he’s playing like a +12 handicapper. That’s just unimaginable to a hack like me (1.1) to have ball speed 180 compared to my 154 it is all down to the walking. If he can walk 72 holes without seizing up then he’s going to be in the mix on a Sunday. Don’t count out a 83 win .

Imagine how many tournaments and majors he would have won if he wasn't so crippled by injuries. Probably would have 20 majors and over 100 PGA tour events by now. Unquestionably the best golfer ever.
